Flight arrived 20mins early! No pickup driver at airport! Company obviously does not monitor flight arrival times! Driver turned up in 20mins after my calls to the office. Driver not what I'd call friendly. Just took one of our cases and walked off. We followed across to car park (10mins walk). Car was 'old', clean, but so small one of our two mid-size cases had to go on the front seat! When we got in, we discovered there were no seat belts that worked in the back. Asked driver about the seat belts and he advised 'not needed'! Driver did not talk the whole way into Delhi. We got to the hotel OK but I could not say it was an 'enjoyable' experience!

While we do track flights through Google and other tracking systems, unfortunately in this case, the system did not update the actual arrival time until the aircraft had already landed. This led to our driver being dispatched later than ideal. That said, we fully accept that we should have responded faster once you notified us, and we are reviewing our monitoring process to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’re also addressing the concerns regarding the vehicle, luggage space, and especially the seatbelt issue, which is completely unacceptable. Passenger safety is non-negotiable, and we will be investigating this with the driver and our operations team immediately. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We had Ahmed as our Airport collection and return to the airport when we first arrived in India. His service was so helpful, we made sure to request him again on our return to Delhi before flying home. We ended up with a few free hours so were able to organise Ahmed to take us for a scenic tour and also a quick shop at Chandi Chowk. He is beyond helpful and I would not hesitate to have him as our driver in Delhi ahgain and will be recommending him to our family and friends. Thank you so much Ahmed!
Ahmed was fabulous. Yes, fabulous. He adjusted to my early arrival and extra traffic because of India’s presidential election. He found me at the customs exit, with a sign with my name printed, which was reassuring. During the ride to my hotel, he introduced me to his city of New Delhi and I was grateful because I am a first-time visitor to India. I hope Ahmed can drive me back to the airport when it is time to leave. Ahmed helped launch a great trip to India. Thank you.

Ahmed provided a superb transfer service from my hotel to the airport. Arrived punctually for pick-up, the car was spotless and I appreciated learning a little more about Delhi as we travelled to the airport. He was well informed, good humoured and an excellent driver in the evening Delhi traffic! I would recommend him to anyone needing this service arriving to/leaving through Delhi airport. Though this was my first time I will use his service again on any upcoming business trips.
