An active and successful tour!

Did the Mtskheta, Jvari, Gori & Uplitsikhe tour from Tbilisi. Was a real success! All well arranged: gather at the Opera, a comfortable Mercedes bus to visit all destinations with an excellent guide. I found the Stalin Museum in Gori quite bizarre but certainly interesting. Uplitsikhe reminded me of Cappadocia because of the cave dwellings. Was a varied active and very successful day/tour. So recommended!

Horrible Experience w/ Guide

The tour was disappointing coupled with horrible experience with the guide(Natalia). While we reached the pickup point 20 mins in advance to be able to get the desired seat, the tour which was supposed to start at 9:10 actually started at 9:45 with the bus arriving preoccupied with just the last row available. Still while we got on the bus and were just settling in (on seats with broken handles) the guide lectured us on staying quiet and talk only when off the bus. We also happen to be travelling with a baby who was having trouble settling in, the guide soon enough lectured on keeping the baby in the lap for the duration of the trip (9-10 hours) and commented us to get a private tour instead. Nevertheless while we wanted to end the tour we continued, however for the rest of the trip it seemed she prioritized the Russian audience on the bus, with 20 mins in Russian along with hardly 2 mins in English. Left us guessing in a lot of places even for basic stuff like when would we break for lunch. She also kept assuming a lot of things about Indians, behavior, eating habits etc and kept suggesting us on things, instead of recommending us things to try from Georgia. She later tried covering up by being polite and socializing but unfortunately the experience was already ruined. We had two additional tours with this operator (Vitis Travels) and had excellent experience but the experience on this one was simply horrible.

Changed the meeting point without notice, so I got the worst seat despite arriving early

I arrived early at the stated meeting point, aiming to get a comfortable set on the bus, only to be told via text that the bus would be late. Turns out they stopped first to fill up with a big group, so when it arrived it was already full and I got an uncomfortable seat wedged into the last row. Not happy with that. The sights and the tour guide were good.
