Nandi Hills is an interesting destination and I recommend it. However, this itinerary is only there-and-back -- aside from an offer to go to a wood carving store and silk factory in Bangalore, which I declined. I didn't get as much information or context as expected, despite there being plenty of time on the drive and walk around to share it. So nothing bad about this tour, but if I had it to do over, for a third the cost, I'd get a car & driver for the day, the site map, and explore it on my own. Visit to the hill takes maybe two hours, and the drive is 1.5-2 hours each way.
