We booked the 10:40 docking time. It stated it would be picking us up from Sliema. When we went on the app the direct forefront page also stated this. People don’t typically look at tickets until they need to physically present them. The tickets stated 10am event though our app showed us the 10:40am pick up time. We tried to get a refund as the person checking us in also said this is very common and not posted correctly on the website. Be mindful of this. Company was unresponsive until after the excursion.
