No one came to pick us up at the meeting point that they themselves had confirmed via WhatsApp. After several calls and speaking with Viator's support, who could only say that they would issue a refund, they sent us a message saying that the driver had had an accident and therefore the excursion would not take place. I find this behavior to be very unprofessional and quite improvised, but above all, Viator was unable to assist us properly. This is a serious problem if you only have a few days in the city and scheduled visits. It is not serious, and I do not recommend it to anyone!!!
