Itinerary
Formed by two portions of sand separated by a beautiful stone path, Praia da Tartaruga combines beauty with good infrastructure. The place is excellent for family. Praia da Tartaruga differs from the others located in the Center of Búzios for not having houses or hotels obstructing the landscape for nature.
With calm and crystalline waters, sheltered, good for diving. Its access is made on foot, from Praia dos Ossos. A colonial style house makes this beach the postcard of Búzios. In its continuation is Praia Azedinha.
Located at the northeast tip of the Búzios Peninsula, in front of Ilha Branca, where the rocky shores of the peninsula are found, they have a joint extension of approximately 800m. They are frequented mainly by South American tourists, with movement throughout the year. They have calm, blue and transparent waters, their sands are clear and fine, ideal for bathing in addition to the practice of water sports such as free diving, kayaking and stand up.
This small beach is neighboring Praia da Armação, Praia dos Ossos is 1.5 km from the Center of Búzios. It received this name, because of the whale bones that were buried there, when fishing for these animals was still allowed, a fact that occurred in the region from 1730 to about 1816. The cove has incredible scenery, framed by an incredible view and small colorful boats, in addition to the Church of Sant’Ana on top of a hill, this church was built in 1740. From there, the trail that leads to the paradisiacal Azeda and Azedinha Beaches starts. This small and important beach is almost mandatory for tourists who want to take nautical tours in the region. Praia dos Ossos is the starting point for several excursions to visit islands and beaches in Búzios. Boat trips are one of the biggest attractions in the region.
It is a small, deserted beach that still retains its native vegetation. It is only accessible on foot at low tide, through narrow trails that depart from Praia do Canto or through Praia da Tartaruga. It has beautiful stretches of sand. Really worth a visit, especially for those who like a unique landscape.

- Every nautical tour is subject to the authority of the Captaincy of Ports (Navy), which may prohibit the departure of vessels without prior notice, when weather conditions, mainly winds, compromise the navigability and safety of passengers and crew. For this reason, it may rarely happen that the boat trip is replaced by an alternative route and the client remains on the beach or on a panoramic tour of Jardineira. The tour guide establishes a meeting point and a time for lunch and return.
- ALTERNATIVE ITINERARY In case of adverse weather conditions, an alternative route will be carried out, guaranteeing the success of the tour. There is no cancellation due to weather conditions. Itinerary for the tour without a boat: We use transport taxis, we do not refund values as the value goes to taxis. Go up to Praia dos Ossos and Azeda, then Geriba and João Fernandes. Lunch in a buffet restaurant.
- We operate the tour, rain or shine. The day of the tour is chosen by the customer, therefore no refunds will be generated for bad weather. We will operate the tour rain or shine.
- The tour is not private, but shared, and the guide will speak in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- We are not responsible for items lost on our buses or vans.
- Pick-ups in Barra da Tijuca and Recreio are not included.
- In our company we operate with a diverse fleet of vessels. Our selection process is adapted daily to meet specific demands, offering boats with capacity for 50, 60, 80 and 90 passengers. To begin each trip, obtaining approval from the Military Navy is a prerequisite. This ensures that we work exclusively with boats that meet high standards, providing a quality experience and maximum safety for our customers.
- During the peak tourist season in Rio de Janeiro, traffic is common due to its popularity. We started collecting in Leblon, went through several neighborhoods, ending with the last one in Lapa. Despite possible traffic challenges, our commitment to a smooth and enjoyable experience remains unwavering as we head to our final destination.
- During the boat ride, life vests are provided for free. In addition, there is a second model of vest used for recreational tours available on the boat. The rental of this second model costs R$ 30.
- Please note that there is an environmental fee of R$ 10,50 per person, paid only during the tour. This fee contributes to supporting local fishermen and sustaining the city.
- The time indicated at the time of booking is only indicative. One day before your tour, we will contact you via WhatsApp to send you the withdrawal information.
- The lunch will be a true immersion in Brazilian cuisine: a buffet at your disposal with fish, meats, escorts and salads typical of the region. Drinks and desserts are not included.
- After the last boarding at Hotel Socialtel Lapa – Rua Visconde de Maranguape, 9, we will have a transfer of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to Búzios.

Beach magic and totally budget-friendly. From pickup to drop-off, everything was comfy and chill - just let the gorgeous views wash over you. Our guide kept sharing interesting facts about Buzios' and Rio de janeiro highlighing the important landscapes all along the way as we passed them. The schooner ride was amazing as we got to dive into the crystal-clear turquoise waters and staff on board was really entertaining and made the whole 3 hours pure joy. I really enjoyed the lunch buffet it was very delicious and good thing that's included in the price. Back on land, we had sufficient time to stroll down Rua das Pedras, the vibrant main street buzzing with shops and local charm. If you're looking for a fun, informative, and stress-free way to discover Buzios, this trip is your answer! They made this coastal gem shine even brighter.

Buzios is a beautiful destination and I enjoyed the scenery and some of the folks we travelled with. The bus ride was long, but beyond control of the operator. Our tour guide was fine, spoke three languages and kept the announcements to a minimum which I appreciated. Lunch was mediocre, I would have preferred to pay a little less and eat at one of the many, many great restaurants in Buzios.

This is a hard one, although Buzios is nice and fun. The town is cute. The experience of getting there and returning kills the whole trip. The day is 15-16 hours long depending on when you get picked up and dropped off. Bus time -- 1.25 hours picking people up, 1.25 hours dropping them, off, 3 hours to Buzios, 3 hours return.Time in Buzios about 6.5 hours. The food they give you is borderline inedible. The people running it are great. They should just have a better process to handle that many people in so many hotels. One central location for pick up and dropoff? Let every one walk, taxi or Uber where they need to come from and go after that. This is not particular to this group running the tour. Many other tours have similar logistics.

- We spent 3 hours on the bus in Rio to collect all the passengers of the bus (we were the first to enter the bus which was full) - we had booked a tour with English speaking guide, but our guide spoke only Portuguese or Spanish -on the boat: music full for 3 hours ... it ruined our ride a bit - very arbitrary lunch, and in addition at 4pm can we still talk about lunch? it is very long when you take the bus at 7am - the place is beautiful, we recommend the visit and boat but in other conditions
bonjour, les commentaires sont toujours précieux, mais je dois vous donner quelques conseils, au lieu d'essayer d'économiser de l'argent en achetant une visite de groupe, la prochaine fois, je vous suggère de dépenser 4 ou 5 fois plus que ce que vous avez payé et de réserver une visite privée où nous ne viendrons prendre que vous. Nous vous l'avons également proposé mais vous vouliez payer peu. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne journée.
