The tour guide was great! He did an amazing job. The location itself was a bit rundown. The pool was so warm there was no one in it. They did not have the bartender or drinks bring served from the swim up bar. We did snorkeling and paddle boarding and that was fun. The rest of the time we just lounge around. There was plenty of lounge chairs. We received chips and guacamole when we arrived and had a plate of fajitas for lunch. The food was good. Our guide served us drinks and kept them coming all day, that was very nice! This place has a lot more Potential to be great!

The pictures are deceiving. To be fair we came during a slow time. We were handed a single plate of chips and guac when we arrived. Then a plate of fajitas at lunch The bar was not fully stocked and the staff was nice but just “there”. Property isn’t finished, pool had broken tiles around the edges. Our tour guy, Alex was with us all day and he was accommodating and friendly. It was actually a little hard to review this place because of him. I would not spend the money on this adventure until there were some upgrades. I would go to resort pass.com and find a known all inclusive.

it was an amazing experience, i will do it all over again, the crew just amazing, the installations over the top, the name does not match the experience, it was over the top. the atmosphere was nice, friendly i dont have enough words. if you are going with your family, friends or couple, enjoy.. and have fun!

I went with my children and the attention was very good, all the team super on the lookout for us, very attentive and facilitating the experience, helped us to return to Puerto Vallarta with greater security and overall everything was excellent, the crew very nice, the place is very nice and very comfortable to spend the day, if I recommend it

I visited Chica Locca Beach for the first time on the regular day tour, and the experience completely won me over. The private beach is beautiful, food is great and the quality of the drinks will surprise you. I loved it so much that I decided it would be the perfect location for my wedding. The owner, Gil, went out of his way to provide a personalized experience, making me feel truly taken care of. Every single staff member was helpful and accommodating, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. This was such a fun tour!! They really thought of everything- from providing breakfast and drinks as soon as you get on the boat (and the entire time) to providing all the snorkeling, paddle boarding, beach equipment you need. The place is great and the staff is fantastic. We will definitely do this tour again. Much more affordable than the similar tour by another tour company.
