Beautiful but expensive

Nice but overpriced, as well as almost everything in Copenhagen. I recommend visiting it from outside and doing as few things as possible for a fee (prices are absurd).

Operator response

Great museum

Absolutely phenomenal experience for 20 euros in a very overpriced Copenhagen. Anything you can imagine you can find it there and I myself am 17 years old and while i dont really enjoy museums etc i had the time of my life. Recommended 100%.

Operator response

We’re thrilled to hear that the Danish National Museum exceeded your expectations and gave you such a memorable experience, even as someone who usually doesn’t enjoy museums. It’s wonderful that you found so much to explore and enjoy — your 100% recommendation means a lot!

We were a mismatch for this tour, and we already knew a lot of what the guide was explaining to us

As set up, not for arthritis sufferers. We did not meet our guide at the museum itself, but about 3 or 4 blocks away. We then took a roundabout route from our meeting point that included walking on cobblestones, so by the time we got to the museum one of us (the husband) had gone from a tender ankle due to a mishap in the airport, to a sore ankle where every step was painful. Consequently the husband had to rest a lot in the museum’s atrium while his wife did the actual touring. The guide seemed to have trouble adjusting to us. We are not typical tourists in that we are history buffs and already knew a great deal about the Vikings and Neolithic and Bronze Age Europe before we ever arrived in Copenhagen. It’s a wonderful little museum and we did see interesting exhibits, but we felt that our initial knowledge base was advanced enough that we’d have done as well with no guide at all.

Operator response

Thank you, Robert, for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re sorry to hear that the walking distance to the museum and the cobblestone route caused difficulties, especially with your husband’s ankle — we understand how frustrating that must have been. We also appreciate your honest comments about the tour content. While our guides aim to adapt to different audiences, it’s very helpful to know that the experience may feel less tailored for guests with deeper prior knowledge. We’re glad you still enjoyed the museum itself and its exhibits, and we’ll use your feedback to improve both accessibility and customization for future tours.

Great Customer Service, but Tour Fell Short

After a disappointing tour experience due to translation issues, a lack of schedule on the two-hour tour, and challenges with our elderly guide, we shared our concerns and were met with incredible professionalism. Aleksandra was immensely helpful—she worked diligently to find a resolution that made us feel valued as customers. We truly appreciate when a business takes accountability and goes above and beyond to make things right, and Rosotravel did just that. They have taken steps to improve their services for future travelers. Due to their dedication to customer satisfaction and Aleksandra’s outstanding support, we rate this experience 3/5.

Operator response

Dear Lisa, Thank you very much for your honest and detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that your initial experience did not meet expectations, but we greatly appreciate your recognition of Aleksandra’s efforts to resolve the situation. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and your comments are valuable in helping us continually improve our services. We have already taken steps to ensure better communication and smoother scheduling for future tours. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future. Warm regards from the entire Rosotravel team! 🌟

Very interesting & cool Viking exhibition

Had a great time at this museum. There was a Viking exhibition which I liked very much. It was very interesting and there were a few interactive parts with headphones at the Viking exhibition and quizzes throughout the museum. There were some very unique pieces there which I found fascinating to see.
