This was an amazing experience. The views across Dallas and far away are live. Such a great place to spend time with my wife.
Long wait in multiple lines, not accomodating older people( not enough low chairs to sit on inside the observation deck and the check in lobby. No clear signs directing where to form a line to exit or wait at at the observation deck. Parking was too far because of the event that took place which was not convenient and there are no nearby drop off zone around the building.
Great views, very organized. Parking close by. Could use more than 1 elevator if lines are long. Definitely worth going to.
It’s a nice view of the city, but overall not the most worth it unless you’re thinking about staying for a few hours or eating dinner at the restaurant
It was a really nice experience viewing the city form the tower like that it was inside outside option and nice and cool in the inside, the elevator operator was professional made the rides smooth with little wait time. Torrey was super helpful, cordial and made the experience enjoyable for my hubby bday. The views were amazing!
Great experience. Its a must do in Dallas. Fantastic view from the top. Friendly staff. Quick lift to the top
The views were perfect. First time in Texas and did not realize Dallas was so flat. Wonderful experience.
Thanks for the review! So glad you enjoyed your visit and the views.
Donamarie was very helpful and explained Reunion tower with good detail. Definitely gotta hope she's you're elevator rider up to the top for all the info. Edit: I came back for my night visit and was turned away at 9:10. Google maps and even THERE OWN screen says they close at 9:30 and they refused to let me up. I said I just wanted to take pictures and was turned away. The gift shop asked for me with no luck. Please be careful as they do not care about customer service. Was refused a partial refund. I was also told to come back the next night but my flight to California was at noon

Fun! very informative and everyone was so nice! This is a must see if you're in the Dallas Texas area. Worth every penny
My family and I had a wonderful experience during our visit to the Dallas Reunion Tower. Even though the sky was overcast, we still got an excellent view from GeO-Deck Observation. We went on a Sunday afternoon there were hardly any visitors, no big crowds. The staff was amazing, especially Mr. Torrey, who was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend a visit to the Reunion Tower if you're ever in Dallas.
Thanks for the review! So glad you and your family enjoyed your visit.
