The locally owned and operated brewery & restaurant with a West Coast feel, fused with deep TX roots. We proudly brew our “no coast beer” and serve it in an approachable and communal space complemented by a menu of chef-driven takes on American Classics and staff-curated spirits & cocktails. Kick back and experience the indoor / outdoor space at The Boardwalk in Plano, TX for yourself, you're welcome here.
Beard Science is a Sour House, meaning we specialize in fermentation techniques and souring processes that you won’t find in your typical brewery. For kettle sours, we use Lactobacillus bacteria strains to create unique flavors in a very controlled environment. For our wild sours, we ferment the natural yeasts here in The Colony, Texas for some uncontrolled goodness in the beer. We also add special spices and some unexpected ingredients in the finishing process to give you something new with each brew. Some beers then age in wooden American Oak foeders or bottles you see in the brewery.

We celebrated the bachelorette party with 21 women. I highly recommend Dallas Limousine & Airport Car Service Our driver JJ treated us ladies like royalty. He was punctual, friendly & accommodating. Cannot recommend this company enough. I had Alex as my driver for my wedding day, I was running late and he didn't rush me at all he was a great driver and helped me in and out of the car and was very reassuring and any He was comforting the nervous girl. .
