We ordered a transfer from Dalaman to Kas in a Mercedes Vito MAYBACH in August The car that was sent was extremely old and badly kept. They advertise nice pictures but in reality there is nothing like that. 1. Air conditioning was not working properly and when I asked why The driver was rude and said “can’t you see it is hot outside” Travelling with an infant for three hours in a car with badly working a/c is not a service you expect from a Maybach pick up 2. There was no water in the car. How can you not have a few bottles for your passengers to drink? Instead the driver offered he stops at supermarket for us to go buy some water and drinks???? Wtf??? 3. The driver made unscheduled stops without asking us and was not even apologetic “we stay here for ten minutes to go toilet”. None of us wanted to go to toilet and we were waiting for ten minutes in a car with bad a/c for him to do his business 4. When we arrived I gave him £150 when the car cost £130 and he didn’t even try to give me change - just drove off Absolutely shocking service. Do not use.
