Take in the sights as you are guided down Holmes Creek to a beautiful fresh water spring, Cypress Springs, in a canoe, kayak, or on a stand up paddle board (SUP), depending upon your preference. Your guide will be with you for the entire trip to set up and demonstrate all of the gear and to help you maximize your experience at Cypress Spring. Discover the best way to snorkel with an underwater scooter; it does all the work of swimming for you so you can take in the beauty below the surface and snorkel effortlessly. - 8:00 AM, 10 AM, and 12 PM tours are 6 hours, 2 PM tour is 5 hours
- Kayaks have a 300 pound weight limit. Tandem Kayaks 550 pounds. Paddleboards 225 pounds
- Transportation from the Beach to the Spring is 45 minutes each way

We had an incredible experience with Cold Water Excursions! Our guide, Josh, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We highly recommend asking for Josh if you book a trip! The spring was absolutely beautiful, with incredibly clear, clean water and gorgeous scenery. It was the perfect setting for a fun and memorable day on the water. Definitely worth getting away from the beach one day and exploring more of what Florida has to offer. Five stars all around! We highly recommend Cold Water Excursions and especially Josh!

We love this company we had such a great experience. We didn’t have to worry about anything they took care and provided everything. When I come back in town definitely book again. David was our tour guide and he was amazing!
Comfortable van ride to the drop-off. Short paddle (25 minutes) to the springs. There are other excursion companies so we were surprised with the amount of people there, but still plenty of room to snorkel and swim. Also rope swings for the adventurous. Beautiful, and super-refreshing water! Spent almost 2 hours there and was happy that Coldwater Excursions was the only group that had beach chairs and towels for our use. The other groups had to pull their kayaks/canoes up to an edge and hang out there. Had nice hoagies, chips and water. The trip back was 1.5 hours of paddling, through very secluded and serene waters. Our guides Dave and Maya were great. Dave stopped twice for breaks, at tree areas that kids could jump from. Would totally recommend this trip!
This was the 2nd trip to Cypress Springs with Coldwater Excursions in the past 3 years. This company has their process and experience down to a science. From booking, to lunch preference, sunscreen, towels, kayaks, everything is planned to the T. Their is absolutely nothing they have forgotten. Gabriel our guide made this excursion a fun day, even if he may have driwn his phone in the springs ! He was a talkative and provided added facts and information, pointing out plants, turtles, throughout the day. He was always checking in to be sure everyone was doing ok and having a fun time. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This day trip was well worth the cost. Our boys ( 20 and 15 yrs) absolute loved the rope swings and springs swim time. They especially enjoyed tree jumping on the way back. The kayak trip back to the pick up point was fun and leisurely. We all agreed this was probably our best day in vacation in PCB!
