Itinerary
is a symbol of the Andean-Christian religious syncretism famous for its chapels, altars, etc.
The Coricancha was the most important temple for the Incas. Such was the perfection of its walls that even surpass Machu Picchu. Currently, the temple is one of the main tourist attractions of the city of Cusco.
Sacsayhuamán is one of the most amazing buildings in the world. One thinks that it began to be constructed during the government of Inca Pachacutec in century XV. It is believed that more than 20 thousand men extracted the stones from the nearby quarries and moved it 20 kilometers to the hill of the city of Cusco. Today, it is estimated that Sacsayhuaman retains only 40 percent of its old structure. Even so, the site has structures of up to 125 tons of weight. How the Incas built Sacsayhuaman with structures of an unlikely weight and size for the time? Many questions are still a mystery. There lies the beauty of this archaeological site.
The Quechua name Qenqo means labyrinth. In the worldview of the Andean culture, this place was built to invoke to Kaypacha, legendary snake that gives rise to life. The Incas used this place as a bridge to communicate with others of their gods like the sun, the earth, the mountains, the moon and the stars. Everything in this place has a special mystique, the amphitheater, the mazes, the canals and the sacrificial room.
Puka Pukara houses enclosures such as inner squares, canals, aqueducts, baths and a well-known ancient road, which should have been part of the network of Inca roads known as Qhapaq Ñan; The buildings are built with rocks of different sizes (small and medium). Puca Pucara presents the surface of the rocks very uneven, compared to other archaeological sites.
The archaeological complex of Tambomachay is also known as the Baños de Inca, and is one of the most important Inca buildings; This is due to the great mastery and the incredible work with the stones that form its walls. It has an astonishing subterranean hydraulic system, and this is very simple to explain, the Inca civilization revered the water as a life-giving deity.

It was a very nice experience. Knowing about Peruvian culture is very enriching. Our guide Justino always attentive and very understanding with those who had some difficulty in the other tours.
We did the machupichu tour with Jonathan and it was the best experience of life the most magical and special! The best attention and treatment from him! Thank you very much
This was an excellent tour. We saw and learned so much in 4 hours yet we never felt rushed. The sites that we visited we all remarkable. Ernesto was a wonderful guide. He was quite personable, knowledgeable and flexible.
Excellent experience, correct coordination in time and attention at all times. Special recognition to Guides Paul Cano and Johan, as well as driver Guido Thank you very much for your patience, good attention and patience.
Excellent service, kindness, punctuality, friendship. Recommended at 💯. Justino and Rodrigo, our guides, were people with a lot of knowledge of the place and also very organized.
Guido is an amazing guide. He explains in great detail throughout the entire tour. He is very patient and if at any time you feel tired he will wait for you. I love history and Guido makes it even more interesting. I loved that Guido was our guide because you can tell he enjoys your work :)
The views and landscapes I saw during the trip were wonderful and worth the early mornings we had. The food is good, but you are used to the seasoning of your country. I recommend visiting the LA CHICHA restaurant. The food there is delicious, but it is by reservation. On our tour we had two very good guides who cared about us and that we were well (both for Health, height and one's comfort) “Frank and Johan” clearly rave it up with more photos and videos… We also had A colleague “Persi” was the one who drove the city to take us and pick us up. Persi “always returned us safe and sound.” The hotel we stayed in #AyniCusco was very clean and welcoming. The hotel managers were always very friendly and attentive. In the 6 days we were in Peru we managed to make friends. We are already waiting for the next trip for our reunion🫶 The truth is that I highly recommend: #INKAYNIPERU and #LOCALADVENTURES.
Excellent service, food, tours and above all the staff, very attentive and making sure we were happy, highly recommend this agency
