Highlight of my trip! They provided transport all the way from Boco Chica in a comfortable Toyota van, one reason I chose them and glad I did. I drove one of the red buggies on the excursion and it turned out to be as expected. Run through town with kids waving and reaching out for a hand tap, then dusty gravel roads into the dirt cane paths. Runoff from the hills created mud bogs to the delight of drivers and passengers - some more than others. After stopping in the canes to sample raw cane the next stop was the river where most everyone jumped in to wash off the worst of the mud accumulation. One couple was extremely aggressive during the drive and the only part of their body not caked in mud was around their eyes after removing their goggles. Staff took time to wash off the worst of the mud from the vehicles as the rest of the run was fairly dry. While I went unprepared without a change of clothes I did have my gaiter from an ATV trip in Alaska to help with dust. Something is NEEDED, gaiter or bandana. Eye protection is also needed to keep dust out your eyes and mud clods from blinding you. I'm glad to say safety was a priority. As mentioned, I ran an ATV trip out of Denali earlier this year and seek out these types of adventures in my travels. This one ranks as one of the best. If you are faint hearted and want a sight-seeing outing - stay away. If you want to run like a scalded hound dog through the cane fields, this might be for you. AT time I think we hit 35 ~ 40 mph on bumpy gravel roads with big pot holes. Again, not for the faint hearted, but that's what it such a great adventure. Combine the experience with the helpful and friendly staff and this excursion is a winner.
I did the buggies in Punta Cana with another company in another place but I didn't like it, however I did this tour from Santo Domingo it was better because it was in a more personalized way, the boys were at all the time pending the rainforest places, we stopped at beach and rivers and take the sugar cane
Great experience. They sent a chauffeur for us and he picked us up on time, was polite and helpful. Great communication. When we got there the Buggy ride was fun, the views were amazing, the lake was great. Even though it rained, it made the experience even better honestly. I would definitely do it again and I recommend it. 10 stars
Attention was very good in the experience, I recommend everything call them to your contact and meet us on all tours in our airbnb on time
Disappointing ATV Excursion - Not Worth the Money** I recently booked an ATV excursion through Viator and frankly, it was a total letdown from start to finish. Where do I even begin? Firstly, the equipment provided was outdated and in poor condition. My ATV seemed like it was on its last legs, barely making it through the rough terrain. Safety should be a priority, but it felt like we were risking our lives on these machines. No seat belts and nothing to make you feel safe especially, if you are a passenger. Secondly, the guides were completely unprofessional. They were more interested in chatting among themselves than ensuring the group was safe or having a good time. When the safety conversation was being conducted, no one could expand things in English. So you better bring translator with you because they can’t help you if you don’t speak Spanish. Thirdly, I paid for 5 adults and two kids. We expected to get 5 bikes for each adult to ride and the kids could ride with one of them. That’s not the way it happened. We got 3 bikes. I asked the guides what happened with the other bikes but they were too old and broken. This is what we have and they said I don’t deal with that part. We have space for the 7 people. Take it up with the company that booked you. Would you like to ride yes or no? Since they picked us up , which was a plus I did appreciate, we were stuck. Ask them to take us home or move forward. Lastly, the overall organization was a mess. From booking the excursion to the actual experience, it felt like chaos. There was no clear communication, and it seemed like they were just trying to rush through everything. Save your money and your time. There are plenty of other ATV companies out there that actually deliver on their promises. This experience was a complete waste, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling outdoor adventure.
