Tour guide didn’t show up

Booked this tour, no correspondence from the company whatsoever and no contact details given from Viator. The tour company never turned up and we are now having to pursue Viator to get our money back, as Viator are saying they have already paid the company (which I find hard to believe pre-tour for a company the size of this). Viator have stated at least a 3 day process just to confirm we will get our money back. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to experience similar.

Best tour we took in the Caucasus!

This was the best tour we took during our twelve days in the Caucasus. Mamuka was an excellent driver and guide, the Khareba winery and hands-on cooking of local dishes (opt for the 6 wine and cooking package) was big fun, the scenery was gorgeous, and we really loved the home winery at Tsinandali "EDEMI" (good wines and chacha, a delightful host, a beautiful spot...and puppies!). Highly recommend!
