Panoramic tour in Cuernavaca, the city of the eternal spring, to visit one of the oldest Cathedrals in America, the Palace of Cortes, its mansions and avenues. From there we will continue to the Sierra Madre to visit one of its treasures: Taxco, known as the “World Silver Capital”, you will have time for an optional lunch at the suggested restaurant after a craft explanation of the silver process, then visit the famous Baroque parish church of Santa Prisca, its cobblestoned streets and the silver artwork of its people.

You will recognize our operator wearing uniform black pants and sweater with the MEXITOURS logo, and white shirt.

Lot of time on the road. Probably 12 hours total and 7 of it driving. The Cuernavaca part probably not necessary as the stop is very short.

Awful customer service, they kept me waiting 45 min for the bus to arrive, I ask the guides and they don't know, I ask customer service and it tells me that because they passed through a couple to their hotel, they made me walk to the meeting point, Silvia Mejia customer service tells me that why they don't pass to all the hotels, which I never asked

Queremos aclarar que ese día el servicio se realizó en autobús, lo que implica una logística más compleja para realizar paradas. En este caso, se pasó por una pareja a su hotel, mientras que usted fue citado en un punto de encuentro, ya que en el hotel donde se hospedaba no está contemplada la recogida directa. No obstante, reconocemos que la comunicación no fue la adecuada, y eso generó confusión. The experience was full of culture, history, warm people. Evelyn, our guide, and Ale, our operator, were friendly and communicative. I advise patience at pickup locations, operators may not arrive on time - traffic is overwhelming at CDMX. The time in Cuernavaca is limited, it is a panoramic visit but very full of important events in Mexican history. The visit in Taxco is more extensive, you walk through its streets, interact with locals. Don’t miss the opportunity to climb up to the Church’s bell tower, if enabled.

Way too much time spent in the silver boutiques. One rather than two would have been great. Our guide compounded two jobs, being the driver and the guide and in two languages.. She is a Super driver 5 Stars for sure!
Both cities feature visits to jewelry stores with a wide selection of silver items. Explanations were provided about the differences in the quality of silver. Both cities feature their Catholic churches and their unique art and design. The colonial architecture of the buildings of Taxco's city centre and it's white wash is rather stunning. Our guide, Eduardo, was informative, jovial and has a great sense of humour, which I truly appreciate.
It is a beautiful excursion! of Cuernavaca you can only see the chapels, maybe you could tour it a little more, but that would take time for Taxco that is truly unmissable! I advise to stay at least 1 night to enjoy it fully and without hurry. Both the guide Hugo and the operator Jorge were most friendly!!! super recommended!!!

We enjoyed this tour Taxco is such a beautiful town and in Cuernavaca you make one stop only to see a church. It was however a long trip but worth it.

The stop in Cuernavaca was super short to get to know the center a little better, when we were about to arrive at Taxco we went to a dining room which had no other food options than the Buffet that was had for the rest of the group and when we arrived at Taxco which was our main destination we were 3 hours maximum to know the most relevant of the center; so I think that should handle the time better.

Because of lunch, I had lunch because they said a buffet. It wasn’t that:: just a soup and a main plate with only 3 choices of each. For dessert no choice For the price I am very disappointed...
