Action-packed day with an unbelievably helpful tour guide (Viet). Viet has incredible English and people skills and managed to truly connect with our family (especially our 5 year old boy)! Viet also was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the tunnels in great and interesting detail. Highly recommend!
The trip was an absolute experience. Viet our guide was amazing. Funny, knowledgeable and very friendly. Made the whole experience worth while
A great tour of the tunnels! All up the tour ends up being quite long, we chose the non- tourist tour and got picked up at 8am and dropped back at 3:30pm. The driver and tour guide take you through the tunnels and explore the jungle where the war was fought. After the tunnels we went to a shooting range and then they take you for a nice lunch in a restaurant about 30 mins away. Definitely bring cash for the extra activities e.g the shooting range if you want to do it and for the lunch if you want to buy something after, the tunnels are a great experience and a must if you are visiting Vietnam and are interested in the country’s history.
From booking to drop off everything went smoothly. Arranged pick up from hotel and communication via Whatsapp made it clear and easy. Comfortable bus and everyone was friendly, air con was great for the journey to the tunnels. We were there in June and it was terribly hot and humid so be prepared. Take insect repellent as there are a few mosquitos around. Our giude was awesome and very informative. We had a lunch stop for 30 minutes on the way back which was great with plenty of selections. The tunnels are a little tiny, so if you are a big person you may struggle to navigate through. Overall, well worth the experience. We did the non tourist area and zero crowds.
We are incredibly disappointed with this tour provider. Due to a major blunder with our scheduled pickup, we missed our visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels entirely. To make matters worse, the communication was appalling. When I tried to resolve the situation, the guide I spoke with was extremely rude. After literally swearing at me, they hung up the phone. Throughout our message exchange, they refused to take any responsibility and instead tried to shift the blame onto me. It is completely unacceptable to treat paying customers with such disrespect, especially when the error was on their end. We lost our chance to see this historic site and were left with a very bitter taste in our mouths.
Dear valued guest! We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, the situation you described does not sound consistent with our service standards, as our guides are strictly instructed to remain professional and respectful at all times and would never be permitted to swear at customers. Could you please provide your booking number? to our WhatsApp number +84866268979 If this was indeed a booking operated by our company, we will thoroughly investigate the matter, review the communication records, and respond with an appropriate solution if any fault is found on our side. We look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely!
Very good tour guide. Very entertaining. Nice group. Good stops for break and again for lunch. A chance to fire a gun

Pho was amazing- he made the experience so interesting and educational but also fun and light
The Guide, Mr. Phuc, was very good. He knows his stuff. He came prepared with additional artifacts. He shared updated information along the way, not just about Cu Chi tunnel. Highly recommended
