Abner was an Awsome guide. He gave tons of information and was so easy going. We recommend this trip to anyone looking for a great adventure !!!
Maybe an unpopular opinion, but this was underwhelming. The shuttle was 1 hr 15 min to this cave. While the info about Belize given during the trip is interesting, the trip was long and was not explained in the description of this tour. The actual place is so crowded and you'll spend approx 30 min in the cave floating in darkness to get out at one point (getting essentially fully submerged to shoulders) to walk 20 steps and get back in to get out again. Complete waste of time. The food provided was more than disgusting. Hated this place.
More than just a float trip. Amazing place to explore. This was more adventure than anything we had anticipated.
Thanks for the review, and thank you for choosing this secret location to explore, this activity has limited spaces so if you plan on experiencing this, reserve early. thanks
Our guide, Sharon was incredible, knowledgeable, and friendly! She knew so much information about the area, trees/plants, history, etc. she took us on a few pit stops that not everyone went to. Our driver Fred was so friendly and knowledgeable. We loved our experience!
We had an amazing time on this excursion. While the vehicle that picked us up needed a lot of work (cracked windshield, lack of cleanliness, over bad shape) & at times we worried it might break down, and the commute was a little over an hour, when we got to the destination, the activities were great! We loved zip lining, and the cave tubing was also a great experience. Our tour operator was very professional and made sure we were safe and was very informative for sharing history with us about the country. Be prepared for a half hour hour walk through the jungle to get to cave tubing, but once you get there, it’s worth it! At the end of it all, our operator purchased a meal for us that we had to eat in the car in order to make it back to the boat on time. The food was good, but the condition of the vehicle made the meal a little less appetizing. The company really should work on updating the vehicle, because this has been a concern for many people in other reviews. The vehicle makes people concerned about their safety, which may turn them away from wanting to take part of an amazing.
Good morning, thanks for the review, yes we are in a transition period and all will be upgraded, Coming Soon, thanks for choosing us, reminder to all reserve early, limited spaces available
Devon, our tour guide was phenomenal. He provided so much information which made for a very memorable experience.
Sharon and Abner were amazing tour guides. We had a great experience. Would definitely recommend it for those traveling through Belize.
Cardinal and Naz did an amazing job, they were right on time and we had a nice tour of Belize City on the way to our excursion. Loved the walk to our tubing Cardinal was totally knowledgeable about the vegetation, he answered any questions any one had, we received all our gear and tubes were waiting for us. It was amazing totally pointed out everything unique in the caves. Then zip lining was so much fun and totally safe.Unfortunately I only have one name which is Martin and don’t have the other guides name😢 It was a 10 plus
This was a great tour, my husband and I had so much fun! Our driver and guide was amazing and made the experience everything we expected and even more. We had done zip-lining before, but we had never done cave-tubing and it was such a wonderful experience. The authentic Belizean meal provided at the end was delicious and a great ending to the day!
We meet the rep at terminal 1 as stated on the instruction. The ride to Nohoch Che'en took about 1 1/2 hour. The tour guide (Sorry, I forgot his name, same name as the driver, not a common name in Belize) gave us history and facts by Belize, so the time when by fast. We did the zip line and cave tubing combo. There were 6 lines, but they were long lines and fun. We had great guides with us. Then we hike about 25 minutes and crossed the river 3 times to get to the cave. Thank goodness we didn't have to carry our own tube. I see people carrying their own tube while during the hike! Our guide, Tracy was with us the whole way. She was funny and make sure we were having fun the whole time. The cave was amazing, there were lots of people also in tube, floating down the river! Definitely something different. I would totally do it again, but as kayaking down the river.
