Maui’s famous north shore beaches where surfing and windsurfing competitions are held with waves reaching 25 ft in the winter months
Take in gorgeous views of Maui’s scenic, rugged coastline at this forest park, which is also home to beautiful, exotic plants.
This lookout offers a view of Maui’s diverse landscape, ranging from a rocky black lava coast to opulent green Hawaiian taro fields.
Also known as the “Three Bears Falls,” this popular waterfall is made up of three parallel waterfalls cascading from as high as 1,000 feet into the pool below.
A tropical rainforest with gorgeous waterfalls, lush tropical foliage, and serene natural pools.
Meaning “glistening fresh water” in Hawaiian, this picturesque park boasts of a native hala forest, a natural stone arch, blowholes, fresh water streams, a legendary cave, sparkling pools and a black sand beach.
This picturesque town is home to Piilanihale Heiau, the largest heiau (temple) in Hawaii. You can also find exotic flowers, rich history, a famous general store and so much more.

After disembarking from the ship, head to Bay#3. Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. Roberts Hawaii will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler. For electric wheelchairs or Scooters: The combination of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs. and the maximum with of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches. NOTE: Not all of the tour stops are wheelchair accessible

Fantastic tour with Bjorn!!! Long winding paradise with plenty of stops and bathroom breaks along the way 😊 Our included lunch was in a beautiful spot at Hāna Ranch, only the selections were limited and food was cold once we arrived 😬 just wish we had more options made to order to try some local favorites 💙
Highly recommend this excursion. We walked off the ship and got right into the Robert’s touring bus. Bjorn was the best tour guide I have ever had and I travel frequently. The road to Hana is worth it. Beautiful sights and Bjorn talks the whole time giving history lessons and nature lessons. He was great!

Great day, Bjorn was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Hana Tour- he took you along on the journey. The only negative was the seats on the bus weren't too comfy for such a long day.

Bjorn was wonderful! He really is good at keeping our attention and making a long day very pleasant. Bjorn knows the history of the Road to Hana. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see Hana. It was nice having Bjorn drive us versus driving ourselves. By driving yourself you would miss a lot of the history of the area, places to stop at, and the trees and flora of the area. The stops picked by Bjorn made this trip a wonderful experience. The meal at the halway point really was delicious!

We had booked a shore excursion called Heavenly Hana Adventure with Roberts Hawaii. We were to be picked up and returned to the port. The date of the excursion was to be February 22nd, 2024. All of the reviews I read were so positive that I did not hesitate to book. I received a confirmation email on February 21st, reminding me/us of the upcoming tour. Upon disembarking we headed to the pier side as instructed. We were to be there at least 10 minutes prior to the tour departure time, which was 8:30 AM. We were there at 8 AM. The representative was no where to be found. We asked other tour operators and no one said that they had seen a Roberts Hawaii bus. We walked out to the street. Again, no one was there. We ran back to the pier in case someone came in while we were headed to the street. We waited, I sent emails. I called the phone number on the email. No one answered the emails nor the phone calls. Until finally about one hour after our scheduled departure someone answered the phone. We were told that our tour had been cancelled. I was shocked. I explained that it could not be possible as we had received an email the night before. I was informed that the operator, Roberts Hawaii, had an issue securing a third party to run the tour. So, they canceled the tour. No one bothered to contact us. I had another tour booked with them at another island. I canceled it. Yes, we were refunded for both excursions. But I definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth. We then had to scramble to find another excursion. I would never recommend nor use Roberts Hawaii for a shore excursion.
Aloha Rosannew457, Yes, your correct. We should have contact you the day prior that the tour was cancelled and we normally do. However, we failed on this occasion and no excuses. We have since correct the issue. My apologies for the inconvenience and yes refunds where issued. But, your time lost cannot be replaced. Unfortunately we can't do the excursion where we really looking forward to, because our cruiseschip doesn't go a shore that day. Thank you very much Kei Hawaii Roberts for not charging us for that day, we appreciate that very much. Viator payed us back, it took some emails but oke, they did!
