Unfortunately, we never found our cruise. Directions in Tickets identified Pier 12 and when contacted the organizer was told a different dock. Never saw ship at Dock 9 and even asked others on the riverfront, and no one could direct us. In addition to location issues, there was no information on the tickets about when to arrive. I was given information in message when I asked but again ship never shows up for 2:00 departure at dock noted.
