Great taxi with a very friendly and polite driver. Dropped us off right outside the airport entrance. Water and aircon were also provided throughout the journey.

Taxi from heraklion airport to our hotel in Retymnon. the way out was perfect. Friendly driver stood with a sign at the airport, took over our suitcases. We got a bottle of water. Car was a van. Ride was fine to do. He drove nicely, and told a lot about the area. A week later booked back again for the way back. The taxi arrived 20 minutes early, but that was okay. Was a regular car, without a taxi sign. Suitcases only just went in. Driver was a young boy. He didn't say anything for the whole hour drive, sat on his phone all the time while driving. Then he just drove past the airport. After we asked if he was okay, he turned on the navigation and turned around. Conclusion, way out was top! Not good on the way back.

Regarding your departure transfer, I feel the need to discuss some things. Our company is not a public taxi, for this reason there is no specific taxi sign or special yellow plates. In the company, our vehicles are for private use and all vehicles carry a blue ribbon with our company's name on them as required by law. From what I checked your reservation, you had booked a sedan car transfer and not a minivan (upon your arrival, you received an upgrade from the company at no extra charge), therefore the car that picked you up, a 2023 DS7 model, was a vehicle that covered your reservation. I feel the need to apologize for the driver's behavior regarding the use of the phone while driving, I guarantee that I will enforce the issue and the driver will be removed from our company as soon as possible. Company contacted me beforehand to clarify/confirm pick up place and time. Driver was friendly and on time at the pick up place. The price (90€ for a 1 hour taxi ride) is fair too.

We used Rethymno Easy Travel today to do some sightseeing in Heraklion and experience furthermore the wonders Greece has to offer. Excellent service. They came on time, drivers are polite and friendly. The car they used to pick us up are clean, well-maintained, looks new and very grateful that they don't use car fresheners because that makes me dizzy and may trigger allergy to some people. Communication at Whatsapp is very efficient. Easy to reach. And they respond immediately if we have any other questions or requests. NO HIDDEN FEES. They were able to arrange for the driver to pick us up an hour earlier than expected, at our request, since my mom got tired and wished to go back to our hotel. Within minutes, details about the car (make, plate number, color etc) and the name of the driver was sent to us and Nikos came to pick us up. Thank you once again. We wish this honest company more success and would highly recommend it to friends, family and acquaintances. 5 stars!!!
