Costa Maya Open Bar ATV Adventure

Carlos was an excellent tour guide! From showing us how to use the ATV’s to explaining the culture to stopping at some notable places. We had a wonderful open bar on the beach with lunch included and a lovely beach experience. I ended my tour with a quick 30 minute massage.

Had a great time . Would greatly recommend Carlos as he shared a lot of information about the area. The only bad thing is the smell from the sea weed that washes up every day. Our guide recommended coming between November and May to avoid the smell

Had a great time our guide Carlos was amazing! Great machines and fun tour. After the ride the beach drinks and food were delicious. Also s great spot to shop as well.

Please have Carlos as your tour guide. He was one of the most engaging and informative guides we have had in any of our tours or adventures.

Carlos (i believe was his name) was great ! We rode atvs through the streets of Costa Maya and Mahahual. We were not able to do the full tour due to the seaweed cleaning that was happening but Carlos made up the time lost by stopping at a local beach with a bar. He also stopped at a couple of site seeing places for some pictures. The beach that is included in the tour was decent looking. There is a lot of soliciting on the beach though, every minute another person would come up to the table and offer to sell us something.

The adventure on motorbikes was great. Carlos, our guide, offered us a service to our liking, adapting to the requests we had. Thanks to Carlos and the company for that experience. The lunch place and the open bar, left much to be desired. We ate and drank well, but it is an area where every minute people come selling different things or services (they do not give you breathing space). On the other hand, we had a disagreement with our waiter, Jaime, as he took the tip wrong (about 19% of the bill). Asked how much he thinks he should have received, he told me it should be between $30-40 (out of a $67 account). From then on he didn’t want to attend to us anymore, even though we had 45 minutes left of the open bar (even disrespecting my wife on occasion). We had to talk to the people in charge to make them fulfill the contracted service.

Very good great for anyone who knows how to ride or doesn't. Though if you are terrible at driving or have a young child do not go you will make it terrible for everyone when you go into a bush.
