From the moment you disembark in Costa Maya, our team will welcome you right outside the port with a personalized sign with your name. You will board a comfortable and air-conditioned transport that will take you to the majestic Mayan ruins of Chacchoben, about 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, our certified guide will accompany you on an informative tour of the main temples, ceremonial esplanades and trails surrounded by rainforest. You will learn about Mayan history, culture and architecture, and have time to explore, take photos and enjoy the natural environment before returning to the port on time.
Upon arriving at the Mayan ruins of Chacchoben, our certified guide will accompany you on a walking tour of the main temples, ceremonial squares and ancient structures of the site. You will walk along trails surrounded by rainforest as you hear the history and mysteries of Mayan civilization. During the tour, you will be able to observe up close restored pyramids, sacred altars and exotic vegetation. They will also have free time to take pictures and enjoy the surroundings before returning to transport.
Once the gastronomic experience is over, they will board our private air-conditioned transport again to return to the port of Costa Maya. Our team will ensure that they arrive in time to board your cruise without haste or setback. The return journey offers one last chance to relax and enjoy the scenery before concluding an unforgettable experience in the Riviera Maya.

From the moment you disembark in Costa Maya, your experience with us begins. Please proceed through the cruise terminal and continue within the port area toward the designated meeting zones. As you make your way, look for a personalized sign displaying your name along with the name of your excursion so you can easily identify our team. If needed, you may also ask any port staff for SAMMEL (SAM) , who is part of our team and will assist in directing you to the correct meeting point. Our staff will be ready to welcome you inside the port, assist you with your check-in process, and complete your remaining balance prior to departure. BALANCE : $45 USD PER PERSON | PAYABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EXCURSION. For a smooth and seamless experience, we recommend heading directly to the meeting point after disembarking and avoiding unnecessary stops along the way. We also suggest being ready minutes prior to your scheduled departure time so everything can begin comfortably and on time. Please note that departures operate on a strict schedule, and late arrivals may result in the experience proceeding without participation.

Would give a zero because tour guide never showed up. We spent 1.5 hours waiting and searching for the guide but they were no where to be found.
This excursion did not occur. No notice. No one at the port knew you who this was. Total scam. Don't book.
The operator never showed up and nobody in the port knew who they were. I was looking for them for over an hour with two young kids. Now when I ask for my refund, they claim that i was the no show, which is an obvious lie. They never responded to my texts or calls.
We booked this and were very excited. We however were given very vague meeting instructions and while we were told there was going to be a sign with our names, we found no one. We got there early and looked around everywhere and asked everybody for the name it said to and nobody knew who that was. We were told they’d meet us inside the port but apparently they aren’t allowed inside the port so then we walked outside the port and still nothing. We tried calling the number listed multiple times and got sent straight to voicemail. Viators customer service also cannot get ahold of them so we basically got scammed and now are being told we can’t be refunded the money we paid.
Private taxi to the Mayan Ruins and private tour of the ruins. Alvin was our taxi driver and he was great! After the ruins, he took us to Ponchos Bar & Restaurante where we had open bar for 3 hours. Food was not included, but it was very good! Erik was an excellent host and Uno a great waiter! All in all a great day in Costa Maya!
Terrible! Non-English speaking guide/driver, no guide at the ruins, dirty run down restaurant was the "exclusive" beach resort. We didn't stay. Absolutely the worst tour I have experienced.
Our tour guides name was Alan & if you’re lucky enough to get him you’ve hit the jackpot! Hospitality… OFF THE CHARTS!! Hard working young man that will make sure you’re beyond well taken care of!
We booked this tour really last minute and it turned out amazing! we had a private tour guide for just my boyfriend and I! Alan did an incredible job and even stopped and bought us fresh fruit and snacks! The ruins were beautiful and the beach club had great food and vibes!
Excellent private tour! Very knowledgeable and stayed with us the entire time on the tour! Food at the restaurant at the end of tour was amazing. I highly recommend!!!
