After leaving your cruise ship, please walk through the Costa Maya port shopping area toward the main exit. Once you exit the port gates, our team will be waiting just outside the port area wearing white shirts and ready to assist you. Look for our team holding a sign with your name or the name of the reservation. From there we will guide you to your transportation for a short ride to the beach club in Mahahual. If you have any difficulty finding us, you can contact us anytime via WhatsApp and we will assist you immediately.

Extremely hard to find our guide at the port. We searched for hour, local people helped us and called the phone number on my rsvp. It did not work. Finally a local woman was able to find our destination and helped us with taxi to the beach. Once at beach we were greeted by local people who were very friendly to serve us beverages and menu of food options along with massages. The locals sell everything from Rolex watches , LV bags, hair braids, blankets, and plenty of souvenirs for you to purchase. They offer nice beach chairs with cover from other hot sun and good service.
My husband and I had a nice time in Costa Maya. Our server Angel was very accommodating and was very proactive about our needs and wants. He was very friendly and helpful and we would recommend him to anyone! The beach was beautiful, but the only thing that was a little too much for us was the constant vendors that came up to us when we were trying to relax on the lounge chairs. The food was great and the people were very friendly.
Great last minute booking for a couple. Massages, great drinks, cool souvenirs from locals. Angel was an awesome server! Had fresh drinks for us everytime we got out of the beach!
