- A good swimming ability is mandatory! Please do not book this tour if you don't have decent swimming ability. Non swimmers will not be allowed on the kayaks and you will not be refunded.
- Please if possible come with your swim wear underneath your clothes so we can get on the water as fast as possible. We are right next to the public beach toilets, however, they are quite small and you'll be in a queue to get in. After the activity it's no problem getting changed there.
- Bring plenty of drinking water and have a good breakfast before coming as lunch is not until after the activity
- Please don't rely on taxis in rushour traffic. Its a big city but has great public transport
- Weight limit of 115 kg - the kayak safety rating
- Not recommended for travelers with severe shoulder or back issues

Marcos was a great guide for our snorkel, kayak, cliff jumping excursion. He was patient, punctual and had a nice sense of humor. I highly recommend this for a break from city attractions.
Tete did an amazing job telling us the history all the while explaining the environment around us. It was an amazing experience all around. Good food too! I was traveling alone and felt very safe.
Tete was a very inviting, kind and thoughtful guide. He took pictures of us during the activities and he was reassuring during the cliff jumping. He was also very funny. Thank you very much for the day, I had so much fun!

It was a gorgeous day on the Mediterranean and we loved the snorkeling and kayaking! Our tour guide Matt was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He really made the trip! We loved the Costa Brava!
We had the best time!! We started off kayaking with some beautiful scenery and jumped off of some cliffs of different heights! The water was super clear so really enjoyed snorkelling. We had the best guide ever and his name was MATT!! He took plenty of pictures and videos of us and gave us interesting history clues as we went along. He even jumped off the highest point of the cliff and showed off his diving skills! Lunch was also great and would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Barcelona!

You must visit the beautiful Costa Brava coastline on this incredible excursion. Matt, our guide was a pro. Kept us all safe and entertained on our day trip kayaking, snorkeling and cliff jumping.
