There are many enthusiasts who write to us for information on our Cooking Lesson. Our Cooking Class in Catania is aimed at those who want to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, discovering the unique flavors of our land, in a welcoming and stimulating environment. Each participant will be involved in the preparation of island dishes that can easily be replicated at home. Sicilian cuisine directly from Catania to your home!!! The Cooking Class is held for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people and lasts more or less 3 hours.

Brilliant cooking class! Simona was a brilliant chef and host. She explained everything to us in detail and could tell she knew what she was talking about. The whole experience was 10/10. Highly recommend.
Simone our chef was extremely patient with all of learners of various levels of ability. Her instructions were easy to follow. We made bruschetta, gnocchi alla Norma, eggplant caponata, & Sicilian cannolo, all so delicious! Highly recommend this experience!

Simply a wonderful cooking class for entire family! We had such a great time!! They answered all our questions as we went and educated us on different ingredients, what to look for, and substitutions. We received all the recipes when it was over —- can’t wait to try at home!
