You'll discover our traditions and learn tips about the unique Santotinian and Mediterranean cuisine. Vegetarians are welcome. You can cook a fully vegeterian menu !!

The experience was fun, interactive, and unique. There were four of us including 3 children ages 8, 16, and 18 - but the class and instructor was great for all of them. The instructor was very engaging and attentive to ensure each of my children and I were able to contribute to different parts of the cooking. We sampled our food along the way with the adults able to taste a white, rose and red wine. Afterwards, we enjoyed eating the dishes along with several glasses of wine, including a local red and a dessert wine. The kids really enjoyed the variety of dishes and the owner invited us down to the cellar to see how the wine was made and stored. Finally, we were driven to the 41 Club on Perivolos beach where we enjoyed a couple hours on the beach with a luscious fruit salad and drinks. Truly wonderful experience!

Chris the chef was amazing! This class was the highlight of our entire Greece vacation. We learned so much from Chris and enjoyed the food. After our class and dinner, we even were able to enjoy a winery tour. The trip to the beach was a distance to travel, but we enjoyed the drinks and fruit at the beach.

This cooking class was so much fun! My husband and I were lucky enough to have the class to ourselves too. Chris was our Chef and he was very experienced, kind, professional, and funny. We made many dishes and learned the proper techniques to cook the food while also keeping it traditional. This was by far our favorite experience and excursion. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely do it again. Thank you Chef Chris and also thank you Phillip for being so awesome during our time in Santorini! :)

Angel’s shuttle service was top notch and the cooking experience with Chef Chris at Artemis Karamolegos Winery was so much fun for our family (children 22 and 19). We bought the package that was just cooking and eating so plan on 3 hours+. The winery is beautiful and the cooking room as well. (6 total in our class). We were welcomed with a glass of wine and then sipped on wine during class and then got to sit in the dining area to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Highly recommend.
The chef made the experience amazing! Very informative while also personable. Did this on our honeymoon. The chef walked us through everything, but we chopped all ingredients and cooked all the food. It was delicious! After we had our meal and a bottle of wine included. We then had a car that transferred us to the black beach for cocktails and that was amazing as well.
The shuttle driver was on time and friendly. The location is stunningly beautiful. It was just the four of us, so we could relax and go at our own pace. The food was delicious, not complicated do we could make this again. The kids said it was the perfect was day of our vacation before heading home.
We attended the Cooking lesson & Cocktails on the beach experience on 10/9. However, the class was not a hands-on class as expected, but rather a cooking demonstration. The people in the class did not make an array of Greek dishes or take in the stunning island views during our tour as described. We sliced and diced some tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. The chef did the actual cooking. We did receive wine before and during the class. Aside from the Greek salad, the remaining entrees at our dinner were not prepared during class. We did not receive a fruit salad or a cocktail at the beach bar. In fact we never saw the beach at all. The description for this event was totally misleading and in my view, deceitful. Everyone in the class should have their money refunded.

We highly recommend the cooking demonstration. The chef was fun and engaging and the food was abundant and delicious. We were so full of food and wine at the end that we decided to skip cocktails on the beach. We will definitely do this again if we have the opportunity to return to Santorini in the future.

Excellent excursion! Beach and beach club were great. Cooking class was fantastic. Chef was energetic, funny, helpful/informative. Food was great. And the wine was as well. A good amount of food prepared and eaten! Drivers were punctual. Itinerary ran like clockwork. Thanasis, who coordinated everything, was extremely responsive and helpful during booking and afterwards.

My adult daughter and I attended the Aroma Avlis cooking class with one other pair, a honeymooning couple. Intimate, engaging, fun and absolutely delicious. Plentiful food, shared recipes, a lot of hands on guidance. This was a highlight of our two week trip to Croatia and Greece. The local wine was wonderful and the icing was the trip to Forty-One Beach Club with mojitos, chaise lounges by the Adriatic and macrame umbrellas. SO MUCH FUN! Will do this activity again when next in Santorini.
