Cooking Evening Class Chiang Mai Visit Organic Garden and Market

Was very fun and super full afterwards. Guides talked about ingredients and let us try fruits in the market

This was the worst thing we did during our 2 weeks in Thailand. First, it was an hour drive from the city center pick up location. And this was in the back of one of those little red trucks which are lovely for short trips, but not long ones. We would not have booked this if we knew how long the commute was. Second, we were treated like cattle. There was nothing personal about this experience, and while the younger workers were very nice, the head lady was not. She just wanted to push us all thru. There were also sooo many people in the group (another reason it felt like we were cattle). We counted 28. There are a lot of cooking class options, I would pick a different one!

Great experience for the whole family including kids age 9 and 11. We can’t wait to recreate some of the recipes when we get home.

This was such a brilliant and tailored experience. It was just my friend and I. Incredible chill atmosphere. Cream and Fon were absolutely brilliant. Cream was so knowledgeable, helpful and lovely. They had 3 GORGEOUS dogs roaming the garden which elevated the experience exponentially. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Would genuinely recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. And the food was d e l i c i o u s. We were totally full by the end, great value for money. Market trip was short and sweet. Great afternoon.

I absolutely loved the cooking class. They even have their own garden where they grow fresh herbs, and a visit to the local market was included, which made the whole experience feel really authentic. I’d recommend booking the transfers if you’re staying within the Chiang Mai district, it makes everything much easier. The female team were incredibly hospitable, and although our group was quite small and intimate, it actually made the experience even more enjoyable. You can attend as part of a group or solo like I did (I’m the Black woman in the picture), and it was easy to connect with others. I met a lovely French family who were heading straight to the airport afterwards. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for an authentic Thai experience. The portion sizes were generous; I couldn’t finish everything but was able to take the rest away. Just a small note: they do have two dogs on-site, but they’re put away during the cooking session in case anyone is uncomfortable around dogs.

Very nice and educational experience to get an impression of Thai cuisine. Beforehand you had to indicate what you wanted to eat and during the workshop everything was well explained and you were guided if necessary. The facilities were good and everyone had their own cooking area. A full afternoon program with good explanations and a tour in your own garden. Delicious 6 dishes prepared and good food. Highly recommended!

The activity is great The spot is cool, the girls who work there are top and funny, the dishes are generous and successful 😉 (thanks to them) I recommend it

It's a beautiful afternoon. Hotel pickup worked great. The ingredients were super fresh and we were always told what exactly we cooked. And the food was of course also mega delicious!!! On the whole, the concept is really well-developed.

Lovely staff, well organised cooking experience with great food. Great variety to choose your own menu and electronic recipe book provided. Nice to get a tour of the organic gardens. Could have offered to sell cool drinks / beers with the dinner to make the eating experience a bit more enjoyable. Explained the different vegetables in the market which was nice. Driver was very stressed owing to traffic congestion and also aggravated by the situation, making the transfer to the venue not pleasant for the guests.
