This activity is private and includes the transfer service by air-conditioned car in the Taormina area. Choosing the freshest ingredient is the first step to cooking a genuine and tasteful Sicilian specialty, that's why you will be accompanied to the local market and traditional shops to learn how to choose the right and fresh ingredients, but only after the typical Sicilian breakfast with Granita and brioche. After choosing the ingredients, prepare to tie the apron and cook under the watchful eye of the professional chef in a typical and traditional restaurant, who will offer his useful advice along the way to successfully create a typical Sicilian menu. You will cook an entire menu (appetizer, pasta, main course and dessert) according to local traditions and culinary techniques.

It was a very fun experience. It was amazing and very traditional I learned a lot and had a exceptional fun time, they were very helpful when we were wondering what is the next step was . I will be talking about the cooking class for years to come. We met some fellow travelers and really had a connection. They picked us up from the cruise port in Cantania, the drive about one hour was delightful. The ride was included and the ride back was informative and fun, we loved the cool view of Mt Edna .

We were picked up at our apartment and taken to the school. It was just me and my husband. We learned a thing or two from the girl who lead the lesson. We were there for about 3 hours at the end we ate what we cooked. We got to take the leftovers home with us. It was fun and interesting.
