Together we will prepare typical dishes of the Campanian tradition, using genuine ingredients and recipes handed down for generations. You will learn the secrets of Sorrento cuisine, from the classic gnocchi alla sorrentina to the delicious aubergine parmesan with the possibility to adapt the menu according to the season. At the end of the course. enjoy your creations in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean scents. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into such a lovely family’s beautiful home and instantly felt like part of the family. Their gardens were absolutely stunning, filled with fresh vegetables, lemon trees and orange trees—it was such a special setting. The cooking class was so much fun, easy to follow, and perfect for everyone. We made delicious tiramisu, eggplant parmigiana, and fresh gnocchi, and everything tasted amazing! We also enjoyed their homemade wine and limoncello, which made the evening even more memorable. This was so much more than just a cooking class—it was an authentic Italian experience with wonderful people, incredible food, and a beautiful home. Thank you so much to our amazing hosts for such a memorable evening. We will never forget it! 🇮🇹🍋❤️
My family and I had a lovely experience! It takes place in a gorgeous private home and the hosts Marianna and Salvatore were so welcoming, kind and helpful. Ingredients are home grown in a wonderful garden, so the food was 100% fresh and super tasty. The meal was paired with their house wine which I personally loved. Raffaele was great and attentive, as he guided us through the tour and provided us with expert knowledge and a lot of laughs. During our class, all ten of us gathered around a big table where chef Antonino taught us how to make tiramisu, eggplant parmesan, and gnocchi. Overall, we had an unforgettable time and are all happy to have had a taste of authentic Italian cuisine and ingredients made from our own hands!

We had a great experience with the cooking class! We had spritz’s upon arrival and got a tour of the farm. We made delicious gnocchi, eggplant parm and tiramisu! The staff was so welcoming and made us feel like family. We have two young daughters, 8 and 10, and they had the best time as well. Highly recommend.
One of the highlights of our trip to Sorrento! We had so much fun learning to make authentic, eggplant parmesan, and fresh gnocchi. The instructors were wonderful, the food was delicious, and we can’t wait to make it all again at home. Highly recommend!
Sooo much fun! The guides and cooks were genuine, skilled, and such a good time. Great combination of instruction, show, and help. Truly enjoyed, food was AMAZING. We were able to see where our food was grown and coming from, as well as receive the recipe at the end. Mr. Grey the cat was also such a great addition.

Best of Sorrento at this gnocchi class! This is one of those experiences that at the end you are just so glad you sign up for! Complete service as we were picked up from our hotel, arrived to the class to a beautiful garden where owner grows his own tomatoes, eggplant, olives, lemons, herbs… A magical place. Started with limoncello spritz, then we made our own individual tiramisu (so it will have time to get cold in the fridge: then our own parmigiana, then gnocchi from scratch. Small group & plenty of opportunities to ask questions and follow along. We even made new friends as the group was small 13 all together). Antonino & Antonia treated us like family! Rafael also was a wonderful host & explained to us the entire process from garden to table. To me this was Sorrento’s hidden gem!
