Thanks again for this cooking class in Essaouira, it was a really nice moment, filled with meetings and sharing. We loved preparing the candied lemon chicken tagine and the kefta tagine, and even more enjoying them with our kitchen mates! An experience to renew without hesitation to discover other recipes. We had a great time! Abdou is such a warm and generous host, we really felt like he had invited us into his home to share in a real passion of his - cooking. Between 7 of us we made 4 tajines and learned so much. We highly recommend Abdou and his cooking experience.

Superb experience with Abdou who knows how to put everyone at ease. He welcomes us home for a cooking course adapted to the choice of each of his guests. Very relaxed atmosphere with the whole group. He then brought us into town in addresses where only the locals provide what allowed us to have spices and tagine dish at incredible prices. He is very available and attentive to the well-being of his guests.
Our class was cancelled late on, due to illness. Our provider promptly sent a refund order to Viator.
I loved this cooking class with Abdou! The course takes place at home with other travelers, it is very friendly. I was able to choose the dish I wanted to learn to cook from a wide selection. Abdou explains and guides us through the recipe. During baking, we share a tea accompanied by delicious cakes. In addition, Abdou guided us in the purchase of spices and the tagine dish. I leave with a great memory... and especially with the desire to remake the recipe as soon as I return to France! I highly recommend this experience!
I am so glad I purchased this experience. Abdou was exceptional. He managed to keep 6 of us with varying dishes from multiple countries on task. The food was AMAZING!! A delightful surprise to have dessert provided by his sister Fatima and Moroccan tea BEFORE dinner. Everyone’s dishes looked delicious and there was more food than I could eat! Ten thumbs up, if that was possible. We had a diverse group, couple from UK, solo from US, solo from UK, couple from France. Well done!!!
