This is a Peruvian cooking class where you will learn how to cook two delicacies that all Peruvians love: Ceviche and Pisco Sour! Enjoy a pleasant moment while you learn together with professional chefs the best culinary secrets and techniques! In addition, you should know that our company mission is to support our nonprofit sister organization, Reciprocity NGO. With the profits from our tours, Reciprocity NGO is able to implement social projects that improve the quality of life for the communities living below the poverty line.

Chef Joseph and Cesar provided a super engaging experience that ended with honestly the most amazing ceviche and delicious pisco sours!! My friend and I had so much fun and we learned a lot. Cesar also gave us great tips about local places which we explored in Mira Flores and Barranco ( best pisco sours and coffee shops), and safety and helpful information for travelers going to machu pichu for example. Truly grateful for their great attitude and attention to details, cleanliness, and answering our questions! Highly highly recommend!!!

Marcos and Paolo is a great duo! I had came back a second time after having so much fun the lomo saltado class! This time around we made ceviche and it was just as great! I would definitely recommend taking this class or doing a class on any of their other Peruvian dish for you to create!

It was very interesting to learn new things and tips on how to make the ceviche, I had a great time and had a lot of fun, the chef and her translator were very friendly and charming tried to make our experience very animating, and we liked that more.
