The National Congress is a work by Oscar Niemeyer. The National Congress Palace is one of Brasília's postcards and is located at the eastern end of the Eixo Monumental. It occupies one of the vertices of the triangle that delimits Praça dos Três Poderes. At the vertices of the base of the triangle are the Planalto Palace and the Federal Supreme Court.
Palácio da Alvorada houses the official residence of the President of the Republic. Designed by Oscar Niemeyer, it is one of the most important buildings of Brazilian architectural modernism and the first building built in masonry in the new capital. The visit is external.

Sad! My booking was confirmed. My wife & I waited... no tour guide showed up. Not pleasant at all. Last year, Tripadvisor canceled my booking Guatemala at the last minute. Their service is deteriorating
I sincerely regret the frustration caused, but it is important to clarify what happened. The booking was made at 7:00 a.m. on the same day of the tour, outside the usual notification timeframe. Unlike the standard procedure, TripAdvisor did not send the reservation notification by email, which prevented me from being aware of the booking in time. As soon as I was contacted, I immediately informed the guest that I would not be able to provide the tour at that time and, in a correct and ethical manner, the full amount was refunded. I have never left clients without a response or without a solution. Unfortunately, in this case, it was a communication failure on the platform itself — something the guest even mentions having experienced in previous trips. It is always difficult and worrying to access the internet to get information. I am in Brasília on holiday and decided to go online and see the main sights of Brasília. The Viator website appeared, I signed up, paid by credit card (I don't like to make this kind of payment), but I did. I booked for the next day at 9:00 at the hotel. The next day came Mr Joel, a very charismatic person, cheerful, attentive, was a very good walk, interesting and with a lot of learning too. I am from Curitiba/Paraná.

Not trustworthy. Tour guide didn’t show up and after contacting them we got it in Spanish with poor quality. Definitely not worth it especially comparing to the high price
The guide showed up, the guide did the city tour, and I can prove it via WhatsApp to Viator. Our work is reliable. You made a reservation close to the tour time. And you hadn't seen your reservation yet, as Irma was on a city tour. You called and we informed you that we were having difficulty assisting you in English. For this reservation made on the same day, we only had Spanish available. And you accepted. On Mondays, tourist attractions are closed, so the tour is quicker, as it is only conducted outside. We strive for excellence in service, but it's not always possible. Brazil is a country of hospitality, welcoming foreigners, who are and will always be welcome. If you are still in the Brazilian capital, we are available to offer a free tour in English.

This company scammed us. They initially told us we were getting an 8-hour tour for $365 for the two of us. That’s a lot of money, but we figured for an 8-hour tour, we would go ahead and spend the money since we had a 12-hour layover and wanted to take advantage of our time in Brazilia. When the ticket was sent to me via email, I noticed it indicated it was a 2-hour tour! I contacted them again and they reversed engineered the scenario, giving reason after reason why we didn’t get the initially-agreed upon tour, making it “our fault”, such as “since you weren’t available at 9:00 am, we had to give you a different tour”, etc etc etc. We checked their website again and saw in red everywhere “No refunds are given for any reason”. “No cancellations”. They had us over a barrel! They had our money and there was no way to cancel the trip and get a refund. When the guide finally showed up, 30 minutes late, he was under the impression this was a 2-hour tour! He ended up staying with us 3 1/2 hours. I don’t think any of this was the guide’s fault, I think it is the company he works for that is completely corrupt. They practice bait and switch and make it very clear that there are no refunds. I will certainly NEVER do business with them again and recommend no one else do business with them either. They will steal your money and be ever so polite while doing it. My husband and I travel a lot and use Viator often, but this experience makes us hesitant to use Viator in the future.
Hello! Respect is a two-way street. Here on the other side is an integral person. If there is a way to refund part of what was paid, this will be done. The guide did the complete itinerary and even commented that he noticed that they were tired and that they confirmed that it would be a 4-hour tour. In addition to the city tour, there was a transfer in/out It is deeply unpleasant to be slandered by people who do not even know our dedication and respect for our work. If Viator gives me the option to refund half of the amount paid, we will do so. We do not and never intend to mislead our customers. Please check carefully before making any purchase. Regarding the value, it is the value of having a bilingual guide and good quality transport. For those who speak Portuguese the value is different. We work with transport and knowledge and yes, this has a cost. Thanks so far.

We were in the pandemic now, the road is very good. I advise to arrive earlier, the park opens at 9:00 and closes at 16:00 hs (Monday to Sunday). Few people actually wear a mask, or respect distancing. There are bathrooms on site. A restaurant at the entrance (from the outside, R$ 30,00 to eat at will). You can come in and out by wearing a bracelet. R$ 20,00 the entrance to the park, the place is beautiful but a little poorly cared for. Not recommended for older people or people with low mobility.
