Kevin was a great instructor. Took us through the different neighborhoods and explained everything and answered all of our questions with patience. Highly recommend
We were with the guide Kevin; the tour itself is very enjoyable, but the company of this guide is even better. He explains the history of the place very well and is very kind. He is a local guide, knows the people of the area, and of course, the history. The tour includes some snacks like empanadas and creams (similar to ice cream), and they were very delicious! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR AND OF COURSE KEVIN AS A GUIDE.

Booked through the Viator app and Kevin was our tour guide. Kevin started communicating with us the second our tour was booked. Giving us a warm welcome and making sure we feel at home. Kevin was on time and maintained professionalism through our entire trip! He was very knowledgeable about the tour and was very patient while we take photos. 10/10 for me !!

Kevin was an incredible tour guide who showed us Communa 13 with some great food and drink stops, plus visits to local art galleries.
Booked a tour with Kevin, recommended by both my parents and my sister. Honestly couldn’t recommend any higher. Not only was the experience absolutely amazing, with food and drink (empanadas, coffee tasting, etc), beautiful views, amazing culture all around you, but Kevin was absolutely incredible. A local living there his whole life, his knowledge of the area and the history made for an enriching experience. Friendliest guide we have had in a 3 month trip, so fun and easy to get along with. Made a special time even more special. The fee was very reasonable too at 70k pesos, worth every penny and more.

My friends and I booked with Kevin through a mutual friend and the experience was incredible. Kevin walks you through the history, culture and experience of the area with fun activities throughout the day (local coffee tour, homemade empanadas and my personal highlight was the football match we played with him and his friends, sad to not come away with the win. As one of the original tour guides in Comuna 13 he is very knowledgeable, his English was excellent and he was patient when we wanted to look at the local stalls and vendors. The only tour of Comuna 13 you need.
