Our tour guide was awesome! His English was excellent and he told us many interesting things on the way to the houseboat. The houseboat and the staff on it were great and the meal that was cooked right there on the boat for us was wonderful! Our tour guide made sure he got us back to our cruise ship before the deadline and the whole experience was amazing. We highly recommend this trip!
An enjoyable day and very worthwhile. It’s a two hour coach ride from the Port with a real challenge for the driver due to huge ongoing roadworks. The guides were informative during the drive and gave useful information about the area and past history. However at the Boat boarding area things went a bit awry, we were stood in the hot Sun for about 45-55 minutes waiting for the boat with a fair bit of confusion and lack of information. ( After a two hour coach trip this lack of coordination needs addressing.) However, once on the Boat this peaceful and scenic trip was amazing and interesting ,seeing the Houseboats and villages along the way. This interesting and fertile backwater deserves a visit and was enjoyable. It’s a lovely and relaxing experience with a very good freshly cooked lunch served up. A tiring but interesting and very worthwhile day. Please coordinate the bus arrival times with boat availability and sailing to make it slicker for future visitors.

Great Tour, very interesting, friendly and informative guide Sundie. short walking tour of Kochin, and then long coach drive to
pick up the Houseboat but this gave us the chance to see more of the country side. House Boat river tour with lunch was good.

Fantastic guides, bus, boat and food! Highly recommend!

Good tour. The first 2 hours around Kochi were excellent. However then came a long trip to the Houseboat trip which itself was too long. A 2 hour boat trip would have been plenty instead of the 3 hour trip. Then came the long trip home!
