Complimentary transfers are provided from most Nadi/Denarau Hotels, DoubleTree Resort only ,hence please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 15minutes prior to the given pick-up time. Correct timings will be advised at time of booking. If hotel/resort name is NOT provided and tour is missed, NO refund will be provided For all Guests staying outside of above hotels, pick-up and drop-off are provided at an extra cost of FJD30.00 per person. This is payable direct at the Cloud 9 check-in counter.

Important Information

- Children under the age of 10 and infants are not permitted on Cloud 9
- Duration time from Port Denarau to Cloud 9 is 60 minutes each way
- Afternoon departure requires a minimum 25pax to operate
- Check-in starts 45 minutes prior to the actual departure time
- AM tour departs Port Denarau at 9am and returns to Port by 3pm, weather dependent
- PM tour departs Port Denarau at 1pm and returns to Port by 7pm, weather dependent
- All Departures are subject to sea conditions
- Boat transfer is high-speed, however, Cloud 9 reserves the right to use an alternative vessel if need arises
- No outside food and drinks allowed
- Cloud 9 does not accept cash on board. Mastercard, Visacard and American Express is accepted
- Bring your own towels, swimwear, sunscreen, hat, sunglass etc
- Meals: Your choice of Italian wood fired pizza (vegetarian, non-vegetarian and gluten free options are also available
- If your hotel/resort name is not provided at time of booking and tour is missed, there wont be any refund provided.
- This tour departs Port Denarau at 9am and 1pm with check-in commencing at 8am. Your pick up will commence an hour or an hour and half before the tour. Similarly on your return, it will take an hour or an and half to get back to the resort.
- Cloud 9 has implemented a fuel surcharge of FJD10.00 per person. This is mandatory surcharge that will be collected upon check-in.

This is so much fun! I swam more in the ocean this day than all the other days at hotels combined. It was fun to meet new people and just hang out for half a day. The water is unreal and we were given snorkel gear to use if we wanted. The pizza and drinks were great. Highly recommend

scored a little less as got moved to the am session as was told pm session wasn’t running as insufficient people, but it did run so was a bit disappointed as the afternoon would have suited me better time wise. no DJ in the am, music not super loud so couldn’t hear it much on the front deck. good vibes though more chill than expected but guess that’s just down to the crowd. need to hire gear, so bring snorkels if you want to snorkel without paying and bring a towel as none provided. nice crew and the boat over was good.
The Boat was big , So lots of space to move about and the music was on ! Cloud 9 itself was reall cool. Excellent food /. Drinks and Crew ,!
I didn’t realize it was a party boat, but it is and it was so much fun! The people were so nice and the views, water, food and drinks were amazing!
We did the afternoon session and started with the delicious woodfired pizza and mojitos. Too many cocktails meant we didn't make it to snorkelling but did a few big jumps into the water from the top! Good music, very festive!
Great day on the water. Was worried based on some reviews that it would be too club like for us as we're in early 50's. Music was great and not too loud. Great pizza and drinks. Bring towels, sunscreen and bug spray.
Great experience! Worth it to go! It was very unique. We had a lot of fun! The food was also awesome.
The floating “island” was spectacular. You can jump into the ocean, laze on the beds, drink & eat to your hearts content. The staff was fun & nice. The only reason I took a star off was for pick up. I think they forgot about me? They arrived 30 minutes late & then rushed me down the dock - I was the very last person on the boat. I just wish any delay had been communicated to me instead of me panicking. Also the drop off wasn’t really made clear but that went fine. Overall a good experience though.
