It was hot. We had no information given us on the ride and it was very fast. I would not recommend gondola ride with the fighter.
We were running late and were gonna miss our time slot and they very kindly let us go on the next time slot. Great ride, goes fast and you do a short loop! Gondolier wasn’t very friendly and didn’t talk to us at all which was a pity!
The experience was good. I wish the gondoliers would have talked about the city of Venice instead of screaming at each other the whole time and whistling. My family and I felt uncomfortable as throughout the whole ride they were just screaming at each other back and forth in Italian and laughing. I wish they would have talked about the city of Venice and explained a few things to us.
If you are in Venice, you have to take a gondola ride. My family of 5 was able to be in one gondola and it was a great way to see the city. The gondeliers were whistling and singing. It was just so much fun to experience.
It is a nice experience but it was very short (not the 30-minute ride as promise). The gondola rider was not attentive.
Really great experience. Good amount of time, kind and friendly staff. Will do again and book with this company, the gondola was sleek and comfortable as well.
A REAL TOURIST TRAP! Shameful, the duration was only 20 min. The time to go to the gondola area, to wait for the whole group to board one by one. The gondola ride was limited to a tour of a mini neighborhood, which all the gondolas in the group did, so a massive traffic jam. We were therefore more at a standstill than anything else. Furthermore, it was noted as a tour in French, which turned out to be an Italian guide who did not speak.
Thank you for taking time out of your day to write this review. We put the tour in French and other languages because if we didn't do so, you wouldn't be able to find it. About the traffic jam, as in every city, you can't control them and the gondolas have to stay in line to allow other boats to get by. It all depends on which time you book the ride. As you can read from the website, there is no reference to the gondolier having to be a tour guide, nor speak nor having to interact with you guys. As for the tour that lasted only 20 minutes while you paid for 30, we are sorry for tthe inconvenience and we will refer it to who is in charge of the rides. A pleasant gondola ride. However, the gondolier didn't provide commentary on the canals we passed through, which was a bit of a shame.

Had a difficult time getting to you on time. Therefore we missed our ride with no offer of compensation. Fine. One thing that made it difficult was knowing where you were located BEFORE booked. That would have been helpful. Also, shared was in small print.
