Since we only had an afternoon and evening to explore Jakarta, I looked for a German-speaking tour guide with a driver beforehand and found Mario and Erick. The two were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us an unforgettable Jakarta experience. The two picked us up from Jakarta airport and drove us to Fatahillah Square, where we visited the museums and went to the Batavia Bar with us. They then drove us to the historic harbor, to the Monas, the famous mosque and the cathedral and looked for our difficult-to-find accommodation in Jakarta. Agung picked me up at the hotel right on time. Went to all the attractions. He was very personable and tried his best to get me into places that were closed. He took pictures and videos, and at the end he sent a file with the day's excursions. If you like having a guide with character - he is the one. I enjoyed the time spent with him.

Where to start, pick up on time, very friendly guide, knows jakarta inside out, experiencing street food, the guide even take us to cheap market & help us as translator. Will come back next 2 months for Java trip with my boy friend.

I stayed in western jakarta outskirt due to my seminar & the guide pick us up with no extra charge, very friendly and speaks fluent english. We had a great tour experience & guide took us to visit mangrove forest which is not in the itinerary. Thanks again & keep in touch.
