wonderful driver, very careful and knowledgeable and flexible. the car was super clean and he was very courteous.
Darkhan was an excellent guide and the tour was comprehensive, professional and offered great value. It covered all reaches of the city including the ice rink on the city's outskirts. Darkhan arrived promptly and with a driver in a clean, comfortable car, not to mention warm very welcome as it was snowing outside. Darkham is very proud of his country and this was reflected in the passionate and detailed description of each of the sights we visited. He was also very keen to find out about us and our country and how he could improve the tour to tailor our needs. Being a child of the Cold War I found the Soviet architecture and monuments impressive but it's also interesting to see how fast Kazakhstan is developing. The market was intriguing especially the meat section (horse lovers avoid!). I know this is a relatively new venture for Darkhan, I am sure he will make a success out of it and I wish him well. Next time we're in town I won't hesitate to use him again.
