Cruise Ship Passengers, We would like to inform you that our designated meeting point within the terminal is the "GREEN BAR," conveniently situated before the GAZEBO. Upon exiting the building, please look for us at the very first UMBRELLA. Additionally, we wish to convey that your pick-up and drop-off times are generally flexible, designed to align seamlessly with your cruise itinerary, thereby ensuring the highest standard of service. One day prior to your scheduled arrival, we will receive your cruise itinerary from the National Maritime Authority, along with the details of your last port of call. Utilizing this information, we will finalize your pick-up and drop-off times the evening before your arrival. On the night preceding your anticipated journey, we will provide you with all relevant details pertaining to your booking. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and punctuality regarding the designated pick-up time. Thank you for your cooperation.

Our tour guide, Ricardo, was great. He was very nice and informative. However, going to Rock Island was a whole other experience. There was a lot of different tour groups converging and a lot of sitting around waiting for rides to the island and then to the “resort.” At the resort it was chaos- just so many people they could not keep up. People waited over an hour for food and when we got ours, there was a staple in the rice! None of us took another bite after that. The water activities were okay. We did have a fun time on the banana boat ride. The tour operators were nice, but they just seemed overwhelmed.
Viator made my travel experience so much better. The tour was easy to book Viator was aware of my time concerns about ship disembarking and embarking. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and felt very safe.
Our guide Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Mazatlan and about specific spots around town. He gave us tips for great places to go during our time walking around and knew the staff at each spot well. We were able to experience mass inside the beautiful Cathedral and stop in at the nearby local bakery. The locals were very friendly, most knew enough English for us to communicate well. The ride to the pier was enjoyable, the staff on ferry made it a lot of fun. Our lunch and beach time was open to us to tailor. Perfect for our group of 8 of varying ages- adults, teens and kids.

The small tour to begin the day was very nice. We went to a large cathedral where we had about 25 minutes to look around. Then moved on to the cliff divers, which was great. We then took a boat ride and a short ride over to the beach. The beach was very clean, the banana boat rides were just the right amount of speed and safety, my kids loved the boogie boards, and my husband enjoyed the horseback riding. The staff were all very attentive to make sure we all had a great day. My one disappointment was that the listing did not state that the horseback riding was for adults only. My 10 year old daughter was really looking forward to the horseback riding. Other than that it was a wonderful day.

This will not be a fair evaluation of the tour, weather always takes away from something that could be great. This tour went ahead on a day that it rained and was cold. It should have been canceled but they wanted their money. Even when everybody asked the guide to go back early, he refused. Also the boat wasn't what they advertised.

Unfortunately, during your tour, we encountered an unexpected emergency with one of our catamaran captains and had to operate with only one out of the two scheduled for the day. Please note that cancellations are not something we take lightly, especially when we have already made bookings for the day. Our services are usually continued even in unfavorable weather conditions as it is our means of sustenance and supports our families.
