Our tour did such an amazing job she explained everything on the tour plus she took us around the town. We had a wonderful holiday in Sharm, booked with Alpitour, enriched by really well organized and accompanied excursions, by exceptional guides, prepared and helpful. Unfortunately, the only negative note was the excursion to the mosques in the old Sharm with the guide Mohamoud: from the first moment on the bus he was arrogant and touchy, with a feisty attitude towards all of us guests, creating a climate so unpleasant that we almost forgot the visit and came close to a clash. We immediately reported the problem to the head of the excursion, HANI, but we found great professionalism and attention immediately intervened by replacing the guide with Thomas, whom we had already met on another excursion. His kindness, preparation and mannerism completely reversed the situation, making us forget what happened and allowing us to experience a wonderful evening among the mosques, the city and even a pleasant visit to the Farsha, not planned by the tour. In conclusion, a beautiful experience, made even more special by the quality of the guides... with a special thanks to Thomas for turning a difficult start into a wonderful memory.
A very good experience overall, visit to al Mostafa mosque, cathedral and the al sahaba mosque, not forgetting the visit to old Market shopping. Great products reasonable prices. Nada the young beautiful tour guide was amazing, and the driver (sorry forgot your name) Highly recommended for those who haven't yet experienced this.

It's was good, the guide showed and explained all the places. one bad side that she was on the phone at all the time. Also she just took us for two shops (that probably she get commission).
