Fabulous trip! We hadn't realised we'd booked on a festival day and we're fearing the worst in terms of the news reports of traffic congestion and crowds, but our driver easily got us to near the entrance of the caves. The caves themselves were amazing, and lots of atmosphere with it being festival time. The pewter factory tour wasn't high on my to-do list but was actually really very interesting and well laid out, the batik workshop was less interactive but worth a look. All in all a great day and highly recommended. Our driver was excellent and lots of communication beforehand to confirm pick up time etc.
Thank you for sharing your fabulous experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great time on your tour, and that the festival day didn't cause any issues with traffic or crowds thanks to our skilled driver. It's always great to hear when our team members are able to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. We're glad to hear that you found the caves to be amazing and that the Pewter Factory tour exceeded your expectations. Thank you for recommending us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with another fantastic experience in the future!
Rajah was very nice and very knowledgeable about the caves as well as Kuala Lumpur. He was funny and made conversation the entire time. He definitely has the right personality for the job. The car was air-conditioned and very clean. He was a very safe driver. I loved the Batu Caves, even if the monkeys were a bit scary at times. The Batik factory was the highlight if the tour. I purchased one kaftan but wished I had gotten more. I just wish the demonstration was longer. The pewter factory was interesting. The duty-free watch store could have been taken out if the tour, in my opinion.
Booked the group tour but due to vanishing tourists it was just me, so private tour in the end. I enjoyed it, but puffed out after caves climb. Pewter factory very interesting. No countryside though as caves on edge of city.
