The cruise itself was fine, the food ok but the music was so loud (and only selected for the half dozen who were dancing) no one could have a conversation.
Very nice. Well run and organized. It gets very windy and chilly at times while outside the cabin. Bring jacket and also think about dress selection if wearing a dress.
We got sick so we were not able to go
Excellent experience!!! Great food, awesome staff, everyone was so polite and extremely helpful. Hornblower and Viator are both incredibly awesome
Overall Experience: Our family had a wonderful time at the event! It was a great experience for everyone, and we truly appreciate all the hard work that went into organizing it. Constructive Suggestions: If we could offer a couple of small suggestions for future events, my wife and I felt that the music was a bit too loud at times. Additionally, it would be wonderful to have a few brief moments of quiet time or shorter intervals between music tracks to let everyone chat and wind down. Thank you again for a memorable day!
I mean it was the same sunset dinner cruise that we have been on in different cities across the US. The onboarding process was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I would suggest signs to let people know where to go as there are two lines, but there was no information about where to check in at or with who. The lady that was checking people in was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. She was condescending and confrontational when asked questions. We stood in a line that didn’t move for 30 minutes. So, my husband asked her what was the holdup was and the lady said - you just need to go back and stand in line! We even heard a radio transmission from the captain (5 minutes after 7) saying - just get the people on the boat (in a very stern voice!) The food was okay. We’ve definitely had better food (some wasn’t even hot). Now, the salmon was REALLY GOOD!!! But, that’s about all that was positive about the food (I mean how can you message up red velvet cake and brownies?) The waitress we had was very inattentive and we had to basically tackle her just to get more drinks. All we had was a bottle of wine, 1 beer and water). We had to ask multiple times for her to take away our dinner plates and even then she didn’t even take my plate only my husband’s (until right before we docked). The music was okay, but there were NO slow dancing songs at all. The only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because of the sights. Definitely didn’t deserve any stars for the level of service we received and the money that we spent. Definitely would not spend the money on this excursion again.
I loved the seating arrangements! We were at table 213 and couldn't have asked for better. The food was fabulous too! DJ was good, nice variety of music.
It was wonderful and fantastic experienced. We enjoyed the food .so much fun dancing and the nights views are amazing .One of the best experience ever.A friendly and professional crews. Thank you
Food was excellent. The lighting inside the boat made it impossible to see outside the boat. The way the tables were set, some people had to sit with their backs to the window. The music for dancing was for the first floor, but it played way too loud on the second floor as well. The drinks were overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend.
We were seated on the second floor of the dinner cruise, and unfortunately the experience didn’t quite match expectations. The music was extremely loud for a dinner setting, making conversation difficult. The lighting also stayed at one fixed brightness throughout the evening, which felt harsh and didn’t suit the later evening atmosphere. The food was okay but nothing memorable. Dessert, in particular, was underwhelming and consisted of items that felt more like grocery-store options, such as cookies and cheesecake squares. Overall, the cruise had potential, but a few adjustments to ambiance and food quality would greatly improve the experience.
