Overall, the cruise portion was wonderful as it offered excellent views of the San Diego Bay. However, dining experience had a couple of issues. First, Food was salty and not appetizing. Second, upon entering the first floor seating area was like a sauna with no A/C. It wasn’t until 30 minutes later they were able to turn it on. This made the dining experience unbearable. But we did appreciate our server’s attentiveness..
The cruise was awesome and the food was even better. The lavish spread and customer service was beyond outstanding.
Great for a girls getaway! Attentive service. Food selection was lacking but overall had an amazing experience.
Food and drink great. Ask for a window table. Was put right by the buffet and it was crazy. Had to leave and go up top until everyone finished getting food.
This was a great experience from start to finish. We were greeted with champagne and it never stopped coming! The food was good and our attendants were awesomely attentive!
We went in this cruise for our 10 year anniversary and it was wonderful! The service was amazing- our glasses were full the whole time, and the boat was beautiful. Highly recommend!
Great service. The food was plentiful and top notch. The waiter kept our glasses full of coffee and champagne.
My friends took this tour while visiting San Diego. The check-in process was smooth. Upon entering you are provided champagne and taken to your table. The buffet included breakfast foods, salmon, fruits, prime rib (medium), pasta, and pastries. Overall, the food was okay, some items were cold, nothing was fantastic. The unlimited mimosas was great but the champagne they used gave two members of my party a headache, it is of low quality. I think for the price we paid the tour was not worth it. There was a DJ setup and dance floor but no music playing. We went on the deck and took photos. We had a great time but we expected more for $100 per person.
This was the perfect Sunday brunch date. The brunch was delicious. We enjoyed something from each option. Early, Mid and Late risers. We especially liked the French toast bake. The server really kept the mimosas coming, which was great! This was well worth the price.
We were really looking forward to this endless mimosa brunch cruise, but unfortunately we never got to experience it because parking was an absolute nightmare. We arrived over an hour before boarding, yet it still took more than that amount of time to not find one single space to park, unless it was over a mile away. There was no designated parking for guests, parking garages were full, lots nearby were for employees only, and there was no clear guidance beforehand about how difficult parking would be or that arriving extra early was necessary. Because of that, we missed the cruise entirely and were unable to review the food, drinks, or overall experience onboard. We understood the no-refund policy when booking, but we never expected that simply finding parking would prevent us from attending at all. If parking is this limited, guests should be clearly warned in advance and provided better directions or options. Very disappointing experience. And when we tried to contact them, nobody answered. We tried the text link that they suggested and were later told that it's not monitored. I'm not sure why they even have that option. There was no empathy, no I'm sorry, just "you know the return policy." Basically, it sucks to be you, thank you for your $300.
