Hugely unprofessional

We arrived well before meeting time. I even got a confirmation 1 hour before via email. We waited, and also asked for Fj slay market staff help.

Operator response

Hi Janine, thank you for sharing your feedback. While situations like this are very uncommon, there are rare occasions when an unforeseen vendor unavailability leaves us with no choice but to cancel. We know that doesn't make the disruption any less frustrating, especially when you've already made the time to join us. Our Cincinnati food tour is usually praised for its welcoming guides, local stories, and carefully selected food stops, and this experience was not representative of what we strive to share with our guests. We truly appreciate your perspective and hope you'll consider joining us again in the future so we can provide the experience that so many of our guests have come to enjoy.

Cincinatti's best eats & treats

Karen, our guide, was informative and fun, and had lots of great suggestions for other places to visit and see during our time in the city! We had a great time learning about Cincinnati, trying a bunch of delicious sweet and savory foods, and learning how to use the Cincinatti Bell transit connector. Highly recommend this tour for couples, families, foodies - anyone, really!

Was 15 minutes late and could not find group. Tour leader did not have my info because I signed up late.

Operator response

Our food tours begin promptly at the scheduled start time to ensure that all guests can enjoy the full experience and that we stay on schedule with our restaurant partners and planned stops throughout the tour. Still, we hope you were still able to enjoy some of Cincinnati's history and food scene during your visit. Many guests have shared positive experiences about the variety of food stops and the local insights provided throughout the tour. We would be delighted to welcome you back on another tour in the future for the complete experience.
