I’m truly delighted to hear that you enjoyed the experience and appreciated my enthusiasm and passion for sharing one of my favorite subjects. I also wanted to thank you for your thoughtful feedback. During the experience I always explain the chocolates we taste, including their ingredients, fillings, and stories, because I know how important those details are for fellow chocolate lovers. That said, I love questions and am always happy to go even deeper whenever guests are curious or would like additional information :) Regarding purchases, our philosophy, as a husband and wife locally owned and run business, has always been to create an authentic experience rather than one that feels sales-oriented. I never want guests to feel any pressure to buy. However, because our groups are intentionally small and intimate, I am always happy to accommodate requests, and guests are absolutely welcome to purchase chocolates during the experience if they wish. All they need to do is ask: I am always delighted to help. I am also available after the tour by email should any questions come to mind, and all guests receive a follow-up email with the venues visited along with additional recommendations for enjoying Turin’s wonderful food scene.
