In our Chinatown, artisans practice their craft in small alleys using techniques handed down for thousands of years. Ryan was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and such an overall down-to-earth guy that loves San Francisco. He taught us a lot of things about the nature of the city, the history of the Chinese people that immigrated here, and took us to some of his favorite spots. I especially enjoyed the tea tasting - Mei was excellent at explaining each type of tea, how to brew it, and what flavor profile and health benefits each tea had. We got to try so many different and delicious foods! Highly recommend this tour. Thank you Ryan for making my partner’s first time in San Francisco a memorable one.

Our guide Brian was wonderful with his choice of food, drinks, and restaurants. Not only did he know a lot about the history of the city, but as a SF native he knows the city intimately. I very much appreciated that the tour included both Szechuan and Cantonese style foods—in plentiful portions.
