Our experience takes place in a Hungarian family business, a beautiful and cozy Chimney Cake Shop. We provide a true experience in making the Hungarian/Transylvanian Chimney Cake - which traditionally is called Kürtőskalács. The Kürtőskalács is a Hungaricum, and we are proud to share the secrets of making this simple dessert with our guests from around the world. Join us to add some extra sweetness to your time in Budapest, and let us all connect at our chimney cake workshop! A travel experience that both kids and adults will enjoy!

My friend chose this activity and I never say no to cake so I was on board but this was really great. The classroom kitchen is so cute and well organized. Our teacher was patient and so subtly funny. It requires little skill and you walk away with three smaller chimney cakes of your own and a certificate. I’m so proud of my little chimneys!

This was a fun experience learning how chimney cakes are made. Highly recommend especially if you love sweet treats! Great experience whether you are solo or with family/friends.
Very easy to find the venue. Great value for money, as you get to make 3 chimney and coffee. The host was very polite and took his time to explain the process. The activity is inside a wee cafe so you can treat yourself also (by paying ).
