Make sure you carry some cash to tip the crew as a gratitude. My experince was great but regretted not carrying cash on me. Not an obligation but goood to encourage the team. Good to keep pictures and video but do not miss the experience of quietly observing and keep memories as well.

This was such a great experience!!! The guide and driver were both professional and made the trip memorable. A great balance of history, recommendations of things in the city to check out, and humor. I highly recommend this tour if you are wanting an affordable, enjoyable way to tour the city.

The tour guide Matty was absolutely amazing! He added so much humor Into the tour that it made the tour amazing! The jokes had us all laughing constantly! I would definitely book another tour with Matty as the tour guide!

THE WORST! I asked the driver to stop the bus and let me out after 10 minutes. The guide was offensive, rude, depressing, arrogant. "I've given this tour 3000 times. Shoot me now." I didn't want to listen to his self inflicted victimhood for 2 whole hours. Complete waste. September 23rd 2025. Please put this guy out of his misery and fire him.
Nice tour - saw all the highlights of Chicago. It was during the evening so we also were able to view the city lights. Would do it again!
