Thank you,,,Only I didn't fly on time, it was almost 45 minutes late,,My son and I came from a long way, you better have a drink,,or coffee, for someone who pays $900,,it's not much,,because my son wanted a drink, there was nothing even to buy,,,and 15 minutes was not much for the money we paid,,I don't think I'll come back again,,,🙏

Enjoyable way to see Chicago

Safety video is a good idea. Pilot (McKenna) was great. Safe operation with staff guiding clients to/from the helicopter. Operation allowed for continued groups with running helicopter.

horrible it was my...

horrible it was my birthday yesterday they were 40 mins late.we arrived 5 mins before boarding to avoid me getting bit because i’m allergic to mosquitos but nooooo they were 40 mins late.i was terrorized by bugs, pushed out the way so people could get “nice seats” and someone stepped on my shoes with no sorry or excuse me.i know that not their fault for the indecent courtesy of other people but maybe a “watch your step one at a time” would’ve helped.

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm truly sorry your birthday experience didn't go the way it should have. No one should have to deal with bug bites, being pushed aside, or having their shoes stepped on without so much as an apology, especially on a day that was supposed to be a celebration. I did want to flag one thing: our check-in and waiting area is fully indoors, guests only step outside briefly to walk to the helicopter itself, so the outdoor wait you described doesn't match how our tour runs. It's possible this review was meant for a different business entirely. If you could reach out to us directly with your booking details, we'd really like to look into exactly what happened and make sure it's addressed properly, whether that's with us or by helping get this pointed to the right business.

Amazing and unforgettable experience! :)

This was a very cool and memorable experience. All the staff were friendly and the meeting place was easy with a parking lot right out front. Check in was smooth and safety procedures were clear. When in the air, it was an experience I will not forget and very special. Even for the cheapest one, it was completely worth it! I say book it ❤️
